We were very happy with the work of NV Waterproofing and especially our project foreman Oswaldo and the crew. They arrived as scheduled. Great communication from Oswaldo over the course of the 3-day project. He gave regular updates, answering questions I had. They went above and beyond and did a good job cleaning up.

Mark and his crew from NV Waterproofing just completed installation of a French drain in our basement. We've had a lot of contactors to our house for various work, but Mark (and NV Waterproofing) were exceptional.

After our first communication, NV was very thorough in every response and even postal mailed us a packet with plans, pictures and work plan. It was very professional and informative.

Planning of the work went seamlessly. Mark's crew showed up on time the first morning. Mark greeted us, introduced us to his team, and asked to walk through work area. He was very friendly and answered every question we had. They set to work and hung tarps and put down blankets which prevented any unnecessary mess (jack-hammering concrete). They completed work on 2nd day and walked us through project, showed us installation (before it was covered with concrete(, and after. Mark even provided us guidance to pass along to mason and framing company to ensure their work would not damage the newly installed drain.

I could not be more impressed with Mark, his team and NV Waterproofing. I hope NV highlights Mark with an award or whatever recognition they have for excellence.

I had a water leak in my basement after heavy rainfall so I came across NV waterproofing and they were able to get an expert to my house the next day. Bobby was excellent and very thorough. He checked the outside and inside and took his time. Ultimately, he told me my issue was not related to the inside and that the water was coming from a broken step outside on my patio. He legit saved me thousands of dollars. I really appreciate his knowledge and most importantly transparency; he could have easily given me a proposal to do something that would not last but he indicated his company does not need to do anything and I can just have the outside sealed in that area by a tile expert. Thank you once again Bobby!

Very displeased with their tactics. Wasted $1800 because the polyjack didnt work, and their "crack fix" makes it look 10 times worse and more noticeable. Their contract states no lift promised. But verbally they (David) says it will, and they just "need to put that in the contract". Secondly, David shouldve known it wouldnt lift because the porch was tied into the foundation of the house. Theyre after a sale and they cover themselves with the disclaimer. Third, the crack fix is atrocious. Youre not supposed to do that in a highly trafficked and visible area. What was previously hairline cracks that werent noticeable, they cut bigger, put Nexus product in it and sprinkled sand on top. David, shouldve known. But theyre after a sale. Stay away from NV and David.

Insanely large brochure package mailed out weeks before sales appointment. Sales person showed up on appointment day and surveyed the property, made recommendations and pitched the project. When we looked inside the crawlspace, a lot of the battened insulation was falling down. Also the crawlspace vents all had trap door lids that could be opened and closed from the outside but these were never pointed which were open in Feb and I never knew about them nor were they pointed out. They use a 15% same day discount to hook you at the kitchen table. I signed the deal and paid the 30% deposit. A few days later the crew came and did their thing. The plans were incorrect and the foreman was obviously used to dealing with wrong plans and improvising using additional materials not on the project manifest. The company refused to replace or repair the battened insulation in the floor joists, meaning I will have to get in there myself, despite spending big money specifically to avoid doing crawl space work. When the crew was done and said they were leaving, I took a look inside and realized less than 50% of the rimboard was insulated. They said they never do the rimboard parallel with the joists. What??? Whats the point of an expensive crawlspace insulating job if you dont insulate the rim board??? They begrudgingly unloaded their truck again and went to work doing the rest of the rim board. Upon later inspection, I realized they had not actually insulated the rim board in some areas due to access, and instead moved in one joist and put insulation there, but they did not close the gap between the joist cavity and the external rim board making this a futile waste of time and materials. Again, a simple application of battened fiberglass insulation or spray foam would have solved the problem, now I have to do it myself. They also insulated the block columns which were interior, not sure why. Was not a big fan of dozens of drill holes in my 75 yr old block foundation. The crew cleaned up with a leaf blower which left the entire house full of dust. Not a good idea! Overall I'd say quality of work 10/10, completeness of work 5/10, decision making / plans on where to put insulation 3/10, ability to handle battened floor joist insulation 0/10, overall value 4/10.

We hired NV Waterproofing for exterior waterproofing and sump pump installation on a unique property with long-standing water issues. We were very impressed with the initial sales presentation—it was informative, thorough, and gave us confidence in moving forward. The on-site crew, led by Alex, was also excellent: professional, kind, and hardworking. Their efforts resolved about 99% of the water intrusion, with one remaining area later addressed through interior crack injection. We really appreciated the quality of their work.

That said, the overall customer experience was stressful. The project began in November but wasn’t fully resolved until March, largely due to weather delays and poor communication. There was no single point of contact, emails often went unanswered, and we typically only heard from the office when payments were due—regardless of whether work had progressed.

Given the importance of this project and the significant cost, we expected better communication and coordination throughout. While we’re grateful the issue is finally resolved and the results were effective, the management side of the experience needs serious improvement. Better communication and project oversight would have made the process much smoother—if those aspects had been stronger, this easily could have been a 4-star experience.

Rich is 5/5—truly the best part of our experience. He was incredibly empathetic to our situation, which meant a lot after such a long and stressful waterproofing process. He manages his own scheduling, responded promptly to my texts, and was super friendly and professional throughout. He came out twice without a single complaint and made sure the interior crack injection was done right. Rich was the one who finally resolved the last remaining issue in our home. We’re so grateful for his kindness, responsiveness, and quality work. Thank you, Rich!

We just had the waterproofing and foundation repair done this week with NV waterproofing. Jenaro Hernandez, Eduardo, and Miguel were so professional. They kept us involved every step of the way. As the work was completed each day they left the site clean and were so organized. On the last day they gave us additional tips to maintain our new system and additional suggestions to maintain flow of water away from the home. Everyone from accounting team, scheduling team, electrician were just great we would highly recommend them.

Excellent company. Highly recommended for foundation work. Chris Dial did the laser analysis that showed how the house had settled on one side then showed the system to stabilize it. It was a big job. Alex Escobar and his crew did a great job under difficult conditions. The job required digging down 10 feet to set the fittings. Also they worked hard to minimize the disruption. Good guys; good job; good company.

and kind! They’ve done an amazing job re-routing my sump pump discharge away from the foundation and installing a drywall. It was a big job since they needed to run the line under the concrete driveway and the grass, but I’m so pleased with their work! Highly recommend!

Mark Nau and his team were here today to install a dehumidifier in our church basement. They did a great job! The work was professionally done and cleanup was great. I am so excited, no more emptying dehumidifier drain pans!!! Thanks NV Waterproofing!!!

Had a really great experience with NV Waterproofing & Foundation Repair from the initial walk-through with Jaime to determine scope of work all the way through the actual work done by the foreman Alex and his team Denis, Tio, and Josue. I had been having issues with cracks in the stairwell of my 1914 rowhouse and while I understand some settlement is normal wanted to get them checked out. I also have a very narrow crawlspace under the house that to date most contractors had said no to doing any sort of waterproofing or insulation work. Enter NV Waterproofing. Jaime did a very thorough walk/crawl under my house and measured to show me just how much and where the house was settling. As suspected due to the cracking, the house was sagging where the previous owner had done some work and not properly supported it structurally. So NV added a new beam and two columns under the house to correct about 1/4” of settlement in the middle of the house. The cracks virtually disappeared when the new posts and beam were installed. They also installed a new drainage mat, exterior wall insulation, sealed all the holes, and encapsulated the crawl space. Jaime was great working with me on phasing and scheduling the work. Alex and his team who were onsite were the most professional set of contractors I’ve had in a long time. Everyone introduced themselves by name, were very polite, and Alex made sure I understood what was being done and when. All of my questions were answered in real time and if needed, a quick phone call to Jaime finalized things. They are very responsive and do quality work. Since the crawl space is so narrow (13” from dirt to underside of joist) I asked for pictures of the various stages of work and was very impressed with the result. Can’t recommend this company and crew enough.

The job is very sloppy and unprofessional. He made my driveway and sidewalk lopsided, left my flower bed a mess, put a large crack in my porch(it wasn't there before he started), sidewalk lines are different sizes and the manager is trying to justify the work. I am VERY UNHAPPY!! Now, I need all new cement work. This company needs more practice with this new method. Do not let them sell this method of shooting foam under your concrete. They do not have enough skill for the job.

To start, our sales representative, Mr. Jaime Baires, was incredibly responsive, clear in his communication, and consistently followed through. Even our the project didn’t pass county inspection on the first attempt—something that can happen with structural work—Jaime made sure everything was addressed quickly and correctly so we could pass without any issues. His professionalism made a huge difference.
The crew—Mr. Janore, Miguel Perez, and Edwardo Diaz—did a thorough and careful job, and their workmanship was excellent. The Manager Cristian also worked closely with Jaime to quickly secure the required engineer drawings and ensure the corrections were done properly. Since the anchor bolts could not be re‑bolted, they added Simpson H8 hurricane straps and masonry screws to meet code and fully resolve the issue. Their ability to adapt and fix the problem the right way was impressive. Cristian also issued a refund for wood that wasn’t needed, which we truly appreciated.
