Constraction reviews in Manassas, Virginia

Brian and Dylan exceeded my expectations, and Chris followed up closely to ensure we were satisfied with their work before they left. I highly recommend their services if you are looking for this type of service. We are very happy with the results.

I hired NV Waterproofing and Foundation to fix the foundation of my house, and they did an amazing job. The team showed up on time, worked fast, and left everything clean. I didn’t have to deal with any trash or mess afterward.

Oswaldo Melendez, who led the crew, was excellent. He paid close attention to details and went above and beyond—after finishing the job, he sprinkled grass seed to make sure the yard looked nice again. He also helped to change our AC filter for free, which was very kind of him.

If you’re looking for reliable and professional foundation work, I highly recommend this company and Oswaldo’s team.

The Concrete Foreman, Zach Hasse, and his apprentice, Dillon, did an outstanding job raising our front porch and brick sidewalk. They arrived at approximately noon and did not leave until well after dark. They completed every item as requested and left the project clean, caulked and tidy! The positive, professional attitude they displayed throughout the job puts them at the very top of their profession! M Ragen

Rich Oliver at NV Waterproofing did an excellent job on my Foundation Crack repair! He arrived on time, was very respectful of the home and provided me with a lot of information about the repair and the next steps and things to watch for after the repair. He also offered me his card and told me I could give him a call if there were any issues. Now that's what I call peace of mind. Top notch job from beginning to end. Thanks to Rich and NV!

The NV team that came to my house was very professional and prompt. They gave me a time that they were going to be here and they were here on time. They finished the work to my satisfaction and they were very courteous and I just can’t say enough about the work they did. I would recommend this service for anyone who needs foundation or sump pump work. Thanks again for helping to make our basement livable again. Excellent job!

We’re new homeowners who recently bought a home with waterproofing by NV, and we’re so glad we did! When we noticed our sump pump cycling more often than usual, we reached out to the company. Miguel came out promptly and did a thorough inspection, ultimately helping us uncover a hidden leak in our backyard that we had no idea about. He was incredibly knowledgeable, explained our warranty coverage clearly, and guided us on the next steps. Thanks to Miguel and NV Waterproofing, we caught a potentially serious issue early and saved ourselves a huge headache down the road!

Seamless process, they were willing to work on our project when other companies wouldn’t (our crawl space opening is very small). Jaime did a great job explaining the process and Bielman and crew finished the job quickly and did an excellent job. Thank you

I had an egress window installed by NW Waterproofing and i am so happy with the results. The window has made such a big difference in that room. Everyone at NW Waterproofing has been responsive and friendly throughout this whole process. The work crew did an amazing job putting up plastic to contain the dust and dirt to only the work area. They did an amazing job cleaning up the yard when they were finished.

Bielman and his crew did a great job. They were very thorough for our crawlspace encapsulation. Highly recommended.

Ali, our advisor, was also very informative and helpful during the design process. He did not try to pressure or oversell.

I REALLY had great service with this company. They repaired some concrete uneven areas on my driveway as well as the path to my front door. Noted that the downspouts were placing water in areas that were damaging the concrete and did excellent work. They were my third estimate and came in at almost half the cost and did more work if you include the drains. I would use them again if needed for sure.

A few months ago, we hired NV Foundation to address moisture issues in our basement after seeing all the glowing reviews. During their inspection, they assured us with complete confidence that their solution would resolve the problem, so we decided to move forward with them. Unfortunately, the experience quickly turned sour.

During the project, some of the crew members were extremely unprofessional. From spitting in our basement to a crew member demanding extra charges for work that was already part of the contract. So we had to tip him $120 just to get work completed that was already included.

They also damaged our MAIN WATERLINE and were about to pour concrete over it. If we hadn’t noticed the damaged pipe ourselves, it could have led to a major disaster. We had to stop them from pouring concrete, call a plumber, and pay $1,200 out-of-pocket to repair the plumbing.

Later, despite raising our concerns, they continued to ask for five-star reviews while ignoring the issues we brought up during the project.

After the project was supposedly completed, we installed new flooring, only to discover the same moisture problems returning less than two months later. When we contacted NV Foundation about the ongoing issue, they refused to take responsibility, insisted that their system was working, and claimed they had no idea what our basement’s problem could be. In the end, we wasted nearly $10,000 on their ineffective service and lost another $5,000 in ruined flooring.

We strongly advise others to look beyond the high ratings and avoid this company. They do not stand behind their work or take accountability for their evaluations and the poor job they did.

NW Waterproofing was great! Their pricing was very reasonable and lower than two estimates that I received. Rick was great with patching several cracks in our foundation. Work was done 4 months ago and there are no issues. I would definitely recommend them.

Bielman provided great service; and his attention to detail was exceptional. I ended up upgrading my sun house window well. I’m very pleased with my installation

NV Waterproofing solved a serious wet garage/crawl space problem for us in January, 2024. Fast forward to November, 2025 for a maintenance check on the work. Everything is good as new. Miguel checked the crawl space treatment, the garage work and thoroughly checked the sump pump. Miguel was professional, knowledgeable, and personable - answered all our questions and explained his work. High praise for Miguel, his attention to our job and to NV Waterproofing for sending him our way. Thank you! The P's

Brian was excellent. He was punctual, professional, and thorough. He explained all of his findings in layman terms and gave us options for different levels of repair.

Received excellent service from NV Waterproofing. They replaced an old sump pump and also extended the drainage from an existing sump pump so the water did not pool under the deck anymore.

Foreman Oswaldo Melendez did an excellent job on the day of service. He was quick and efficient and explained everything he did to my satisfaction. I have used NV Waterproofing in the past and will continue to use them should I need any further water proofing services.

Beautiful job. Lifted two sections of my front sidewalk making the edges even eliminating trip hazards in front of our door. They also sealed the seams on both ends of the sections with material similar in appearance giving the work a very professional look.

NV Waterproofing did a great job shoring up the foundation on the front of my 125 year old home in Old Towne Gaithersburg. As expected when dealing with a home of this age there were challenges along the way and Oswaldo and the crew were able to adjust and provide excellent support. The cost for this job was well below the other estimates I received and the work was top notch.

Bielman and his crew did an outstanding job!! They were prompt. They were clean̈, no mess from beginning to the end of the project. They told me what they were going to do. They did it and explained what they had done. Everything that I paid was done correctly and completely. I would recommend this crew and NV Waterproofing without reservation. Thank you Bielman and crew. Bing Hobson
