braxton did an amazing job with my carpets. the white carpet had a lot of candle wax and other stains from a renter, and previous cleaners couldn’t get them out. not only that, but they left so much shampoo in the carpet that it turned brown, and i was told i’d have to replace everything. braxton came out quickly and made the carpets look white again on his first visit. he let me know that some brown spots might come back because of all the leftover shampoo, and when that happened, he came back and fixed it at no extra cost. the house had also started to smell from all the cleaning, but braxton took care of that too. i couldn’t ask for a better carpet cleaning service or a better experience. i’ll always call them for my carpet cleaning needs.
