Salem Steamer provided their professional services to clean A/C & heating vents in our house located in McLean. Their crew worked efficiently and did a thorough job in cleaning by removing all vents, deep cleaning of central heating systems and air ducts throughout of the house. The Manager was present during the work and the crew left the house in good order. After their service, we found our HVAC system working efficiently.
Their outstanding service motivated us to use their services at our rental property. Our tenants were equally happy with their service. I would not hesitate to recommend Salem Steamer.

Incredible service. Salem, was able to bring my condo carpet in NW Washington DC back to life. Everything looks brand new and smells amazingly fresh. The carpet service was completed in an hour. You need to use these guys. First off, we just generally have a hard time finding service providers who we can trust - people who will do an excellent job AND give you a fair price. Salem Steamer checks both those boxes. They don't do the bare minimum, but are genuinely trying to satisfy their clients (even if it means coming out multiple times). They'll give you an honest assessment of what they can and cannot do, and for those things they can do (which are many), they do amazing work. We also worked with Ahmed who is just a very kind and considerate individual, who not only treated our home like his own, but demonstrated he valued a true relationship with us. I've deleted all the other carpet/upholstery cleaners on my phone and will only be using Salem Steamer going forward!

This service was incredible. Mayhem ensued Friday night, and Ahmed saved the day first thing Saturday morning. He responded immediately at 8 a.m. and arrived before noon, which was critical for red wine on white fabric.

Ahmed was a pleasure to have in my home and extremely knowledgeable about the complexities of stain removal. The guilty offender made the situation worse by attempting to wipe the stain next to an open fireplace, so we were dealing with multiple layers of baked-in, chemically reactive “50 shades of red” on porous off-white fabric.

Ahmed spent nearly three hours on the chairs, and the damage is now completely undetectable. If something happens to a valued item, do not attempt to clean it yourself. Depending on the fabric and finish, you can unintentionally set the stain permanently.

Highly recommend for fast, skilled, and knowledgeable solutions to life’s accidents, as well as regular maintenance and upkeep of other valued pieces. He also Scotchgard-treated the two victims that inspired this review.
