This is the second time I’ve used Salem Steamer. They first cleaned the air ducts in our home, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional.The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I can already tell a difference in the air in my home; it smells cleaner and fresher.

They also cleaned our sofas and carpets. They took great care to ensure that my carpets were cleaned thoroughly, paying attention to stubborn stains.

I had such a great experience with Salem steamer company. They steamed my carpets and I absolutely loved it. They were extremely professional, kind, and even explained what they would be doing. I would mostly definitely recommend them if you’re looking to get carpet cleaning done.

That type of cleaning is done by brushing the carpet with hand first and thereafter steam out the dirt. This is a little bit more expensive but the results are amazing. The hand brushing makes the difference and understandably the extra labor will be included in the price. They also clean the carpet from both sides, basically meaning you get two for the price of one.

The steam cleaning alone has results also but not as good this make sure you ask for “deep cleaning”.

Overall the service is very affordable and they are very flexible in scheduling and individualizing their process.

They did great job for my carpet deep cleaning. A total different look on the carpets after they finished work including the corners and walking closets. The carpets are all cleaned like new.

I was very impressed at the state of my carpet after it was cleaned; I should have taken a before picture. The carpet was never cleaned for the past 8 years and they were able to take almost all the dirt out. I am sure if they spent even more time it would looked almost new. The owner was very courteous and trustworthy. I had to leave my home to run an errand and when I returned he and his worker were still hard at work. I have two cats and the material he uses is pet safe and biodegradable. I require any visitors to my home to remove their shoes which always is a bit uncomfortable so, it was welcoming to see that they immediately put on booties. I told the owner that if I ever move I will be sure to call him again for do the rest of my carpets. Now that I understand that I should regularly clean my carpets he will be my go-to service. Overall, I am have never been completely satisfied with any contractor coming to my home until today and if my home could speak it would give me a hug and thanks.
