This is the second time I've used Salem Steamer and the carpets had black grease from the two recliners gears underneath, several tea stains (I drink a lot of tea), general stains at the front door and some pet stains from my cat. The carpets looked and smelled so fresh and almost new when I moved last week. I can't recommend this company enough and will call them again and again and recommend them to all of my friends!

This is an amazing small business. We had a roof leak that started dripping through into the living room, and soaked our oriental rug. Ahmed (owner) responded to my phone call on a Sunday afternoon and given the nature of the situation, agreed to come by and was at my home within 30 minutes!!

Excellent service- I wish I would have set an appointment sooner! I was able to easily book online. On the day of the appointment, I was informed of when he'd be arriving. The service to remove the stain on my area rug was effective and quick. He was very friendly and we really appreciated his time!
