Very pleased after working with Cottage Construction. They listened to our deck vision and brought it to life. The quality of work was beyond expectations. We have never seen a deck so seamless, and meticulously built- not one detail was overlooked. Communication was also quick and easy- we never had a question go unanswered. Will definitely be using Cottage for all of our future projects. Highly recommend!

Cottage Construction has completed two projects for us. The first was a replacement of the wooden casing of our front porch columns in summer 2019. The second, larger project was construction of a 8x10 covered deck and replacement of our back door in early 2020. The project was completed a few months ago (this review is being written in mid-June), so we've had some time to live in and enjoy the new space. Cottage Construction suggested we use Trex decking instead of wood and I am so glad we went with that option. We chose the Trex Enhance line Toasted Sand color decking and it looks amazing. We stained the support posts ourselves after they had cured to tie it all together. The hidden fasteners mean no burning hot nailheads to step on when you go out on the deck on a hot summer day. The timeline for our project was somewhat extended by bouts of bad weather, but that was to be expected given the time of year and Cottage Construction kept in good communication throughout. The work they did was excellent and we love having an out-swing door in our kitchen (another keen suggestion by the Cottage Construction team!). I would definitely recommend them.

Jackson and his son Nathan, recently completed rebuild to a balcony that had already had 2 shoddy repairs. The finished balcony was not done with tar and rubber but with materials that make it more environmentally compliant.

Cottage construction with willing to take on a small pantry renovation when no other company would do so. From start to finish, James, Abram and Ryan were extremely communicative, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Work was done on time and space was left cleaner than how they found it! I extended my porch. Buddy came by as he said, first thing in the morning. I was very happy with the crew. He is very dependable and he takes his job very seriously. Unforseen with the weather its been raining all morning so was unable to take photos. I believe Buddy took some.

I had this company paint the interior of my new home, install ceiling fans in 4 rooms, put dimmer switches on my can lights and hang all of my new blinds. Everything is perfect! I will be having them build our screened porch in the Spring. Can't wait! Highly recommend this contractor.
