I would give them 6 stars if I could! I was replacing my large wooden deck with new composite decking. Buddy from open air escapes was very easy to work with. He listened to my concerns and offered ways to strengthen the deck. He and his crew completed the big job on budget and quicker than planned. They were very professional, polite and didn't leave any trash or debris. I got several quotes but I am so glad I hired them, I highly recommend open air escapes. We are very pleased with our new deck and can't wait to start enjoying spending time on it.

Buddy and his team re-did my deck and added a screened in porch. They were all great to work with, openly communicated throughout the whole project, and were super helpful to problem solve and offering ideas that would improve the space. Their work is beautiful and shows a high commitment to quality. I am so excited to use the space, and will definitely use them again.

We were looking to have our old deck torn down and replaced. Some friends of ours had used open air escapes to redo their decking and railing etc. They were very pleased. I called and met with Buddy and began the process. From start to finish the whole experience was EASY! Buddy saw our vision of what we wanted and ran with it. I could't find ANYTHING to complain about. Would we use Open Air Escapes again, absolutely without any hesitation.

Buddy and his crew did a great job creating a solution to hide some wires and pipes that needed to be covered! Now it is all hidden behind some beautiful trim pieces that are removable in case we need to access them! Thank you!

We are so happy with the work done by Open Air Escapes, LLC! Buddy and his team were on time every day, thorough in their execution of plans and made sure to keep a clean and organized job site while they worked. Everyone on the team acted professionally and worked efficiently. Even the outside help that Buddy brought in to do the electrical work was amazing! They all brought great ideas to the project, things that my wife & I hadn’t thought about, and their insight really helped take this project to the next level. I could tell that everyone involved wanted their work to “shine” and still be delivered on time and within budget. We were absolutely amazed at how quickly they removed our old deck and the new one with a roof and screens was in place. The team really exceeded all of our expectations, and we love everything about our new outdoor sanctuary!

Extremely rude, unprofessional, can't handle competition
Had an appt with Mr Bourne at 10 am. Had another contractor leaving at the same time. Instead of coming in, Mr Bourne, texts me to say he was leaving because "I looked busy" (sent at 9:56am). I told him we were still on for 10 (sent 10am). I told him I have meetings throughout the day, could he please return (sent 10:03am). He returns to merely yell at me at the front door because I had another contractor here giving me a quote during "his time" and stormed off. All while my toddler was around the corner.

From Start to finish, totally professional, as were the technicians that came to do the work. The guys were timely, explained everything, left nothing to guess, even fixing a leaky 2nd bathroom that caused much of the first problem. The bathroom remodeled came out 2x as expected and can not say enough good things about these guys.

Best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. For starters they ACTUALLY called me back and showed up for the scheduled appointment to look at my job. There was excellent communication between everyone involved which helped things go off without a hitch. My bathroom, of average size, took 1.5 weeks to complete and was right schedule for what they had projected. My shower is so beautiful and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. All the workers showed up on time each day and worked diligently to get the project done. This company made my bathroom remodel project an easy and pleasurable experience. I will definitely consider for future projects and I highly recommend.
