Bo was very timely, friendly and efficient. He diagnosed the problem with my AC unit, obtained the needed parts and had it fixed in no time.

Have been using Bo Ferguson for many years now on our home and other family members homes & I will not be going with anyone else as long as he is still in business. You name it, he can do it - can’t say enough positive things.

Discovered Ferguson Mechanical when a workman at the house burst a water pipe. I called Bo Ferguson and he was at our home in less than an hour. That was several years ago and he is our go-to for all plumbing, electric, and HVAC repairs. My husband is a DIY guy but now he says "call Bo".

I would highly recommend Ferguson Mechanical (and Bo) without reservation! I’ve used him several times for different services - plumbing and HVAC. I thought I was going to have to replace my whole AC unit this summer after I just bought my house; turned out it was just filthy from the previous owner, which was not caught on the home inspection. He showed and explained why he was doing everything to me in detail and ended up saving me thousands. Recently I called him in a panic when I had a back up/leak in my kitchen sink and garbage disposal. He calmly walked me through temporarily disabling everything over the phone, came over the next morning at the exact time he estimated, and ended up pulling a BAT out of the garbage disposal that somehow had gotten in from outside. I’ll leave out the details, but he was such a consummate professional throughout the ordeal. Honest, trustworthy estimates and pricing is more than fair! I ended up paying less for parts and labor than someone else wanted to charge just to come out and look at the issue.

One day before our home sale closed, Bo Ferguson was called on recommendation of our realtor for a small leak of our hot water valves in our kitchen. He replaced the valves and placed some tape in our attic on our HVAC pipe that was dripping... this is what we paid this individual: 1:Wrapped the exhaust with metal tape and tested operation of the furnace. Unit is operational. $50.00, parts $62.50
2:Replaced the hot valves to the washing machine and hot to kitchen sink. CPVC male adapters and new angle stop valves. $125.00, parts $112.50.
Not only did we feel this was highway robbery, but our realtor was very put off by this and will not be recommending this company in the future.

We recently made a phone call to Ferguson Mechanical and Bo responded very quickly to an issue with one of our toilets. The work was taken care of promptly and we were pleased with the charge. I highly recommend Ferguson Mechanical.

When it comes to spending my money wisely, there are multiple reasons why I would recommend Bo to do any of the work for you that he is capable of.

These are all the things that are very important to me, and he's done some great work at our house that might seem somewhat trivial to others, but to us, they make a huge difference.

He will give an estimate and explain how he bills his time, and knowing the scope of the work, I was very comfortable with that.

He does electrical, HVAC, gas and plumbing, and I have zero need to look any further for these contractors.

Emergencies suck, Ferguson Mechanical & Bo make the bitter pill a bit easier to swallow. Bo was referred and in the past month I've had to spend time with him twice for simple, but stupid water issues.

A quick call or email gets a pretty quick response and the work done was, neat and dare I say professional. Too many companies make promises they never intend to keep and slap on a repair knowing it will not last. With Bo it's about doing it right and not having to deal with the problem again. He also has a short list of other professionals that he trusts and makes sure you're in good hands. Plumbing, electrical and HVAC are his specialties and he does them well and I speak from numerous experiences. Remember, Bo Knows and follows the company credo - We Do It Right!

Bo helped me out of a literal jam. Our main drain line was clogged and we could not use our kitchen sink or washing machine. My home warranty company put us in touch with three other contractors who either wouldn’t reply or couldn’t see me for days or weeks. I texted Bo in the morning and he was there before lunch time on the same day. He is so responsive and helpful. He showed up with a mask and was respectful of all social distancing protocols. Thanks, Bo!

The compressor on our heat pump went out in the middle of August, and our heat pump needed to be replaced. We called Bo for help and he was very professional, kind and responsive. We will definitely be looking to Ferguson Mechanical in the future for our HVAC needs. Thanks Bo!

Bo came to see about repairing or replacing a water valve for my washer that was leaking. He looked at the valve and found that it was actually working fine, the previous leaking was due to something else and the valve didn't need to be replaced or even repaired. He helped me move the machines back in place, gave me an estimate on some other work, and offered plenty of advice on additional projects I have planned. I am grateful for his expertise and willingness to share it. I plan to use Ferguson Mechanical for anything I need in the future.

Bo is very professional and prompt. We have used him to install our AC unit and just recently to install a hose outlet on the side of our home. He is reasonably priced and works quickly and he is always standing 100% behind his work.

I've had Bo come out 4 or 5 times, and he's an awesome dude. He's very thorough and takes his time to explain everything he is doing and has done, and even offers advice on how to fix things yourself next time if you want to save time/money. I've never felt like he was in a rush to finish and leave, and he's even stuck around to discuss other unrelated work and designs such as parallel vs sequence outlet circuits. So far I've had him fix my HVAC three times, install toilets, and fix some of my plumbing issues. He also helped diagnose an HVAC issue my father was having that involved the breaker panel, and installed his sinks. Great trustworthy guy all around!

We’ve hired Bo about a dozen times so far for work on our newer home (when newer appliances tanked) & for work on the older home we purchased. He’s been able to tackle a range of jobs and not only does excellent work, but also takes the time to help us understand his reasoning & process behind repairs. Solid, trustworthy, & professional!

I called Bo after botching a Thermostat install I attempted my self. I ended up blowing a fuse in the air handler and he quickly found the problem. He also checked the setup in the air handler to make sure it was ideal for my house and walked me through all the wiring. After installing the new smart thermostat he made sure everything was set up and working fine. Would definitely recommend!!

Bo came highly recommended and lived up to expectations. He arrived precisely on time, was kind, informative and professional. He installed a door bell camera, outdoor outlet, fixed an out door spigot and figured out the problem with my kitchen faucet (the previous plumber couldn’t figure it out).
