Griffith has always taken care of me as well as my clients as my #1 recommended HVAC team. Tech Jason gave me a heads up on his way, showed up on time, polite and professional and fully explained the situation to me. Just days before the storm, Jason was able to diagnose, order the part and replace my defrost sensor quickly. My heat pump was up and running and he saved us all from what would have been a very very uncomfortable snowstorm for my family!

This was my first time with Griffith Heating & Cooling. It was a very pleasant experience. We just moved to a new home and had used another very popular HVAC company for many years. The young man with Griffith (Graham) was very knowledgeable and very polite. I called in the morning and he arrived later in the day. He knew his job and took care of my problem. I would highly recommend them if you need a good HVAC company.

Last week, we contacted Griffith Heating & Cooling when our builder installed HVAC unit stopped working. I contacted Griffith and they sent out a technician to check our unit the same day. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. My husband and I had an opportunity to weigh the pros and cons of repairing the unit versus replacing it without any sales pressure or drawn-out sales pitches.

Once we made our decision, Griffith sent out Jose and the installation team to install our new unit. The installation team arrived on time, were professional and respectful of our home. Based on our overall experience with Jose and the Griffith Heating & Cooling team, I would highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Had a great experience with them. They responded to my message by phone same evening and had people at our home next morning! HVAC was repaired and running less than 24 hours after it went out. They identified what the issue was, gave us estimates and were overall incredibly client focused. Would definitely recommend!

Your service technician Mr. Black is always on time, very professional, patient, makes sure I understand what's he done, what I should or shouldn't do for good HVAC performance. He's courteous and cleans up behind himself when necessary. This annual maintenance service agreement is affordable and a great tool to have. I am very satisfied with W.E. Speeks company and highly recommend them.

I recently changed to W.G. Speeks because I wanted a family business and they came highly recommended by friends. Freddie who I have seen twice has been kind and helpful for checking the system and the routine maintenance.

WG Speeks did my install and servicing and has always been great to work with, so it was a no brainer who I was going to call when my air stop working.
The service crew was very professional and knowledgeable. They explained exactly what the problem was, fixed it and check to ensure there was nothing else wrong. Strong Work!!

WG Speeks installed a 15 SEER Carrier heat pump for us 3 weeks ago (at the time of original review...it's been a month ago now). The install itself went smoothly, and the guys did a solid job - cleaned up and the area around the new units was clean and tidy.

However I'd be remiss to not note that 4 days after install, the heat pump went out during a heat wave. There were two shorts in the system, one in the outdoor unit and one with the pan switch. 3 weeks later, the unit stopped responding to thermostat, and the heat pump has run the temperature down to 62 when it’s 70 degrees outside and supposed to be 72 degrees in the house. When switched to heat, it would run the heat up until 82+ degrees when it's 70 degrees outside. Since I posted this review (and I admit, it was while the second issue was occurring and some frustration came through), WG Speeks came out that same day and addressed the wiring issue. As I understand it, the pan switch was wired incorrectly, and was causing issues with keeping the unit running when it shouldn't have been.

All of these visits were under warranty, and we've gotten no charge for them.

I've edited my original review because the service from WG Speeks has been very good, for the most part, save for the wiring issues at install. I know some issues can be expected with a new system, and I hope those issues are behind us now!

This was our first time using WG Speeks and we were very happy with the service we received. We had our AC stop working on a Sunday afternoon. I called 7:15 Monday morning and the called back within 15 minutes and scheduled a technician for that same afternoon. Mr. Vernon came out and found a short in a wire and a blown fuse. He fixed both of those issues as well as checked our refrigerant and filter and cleaned our drain all in under an hour. We are very satisfied with the speed, skill and price. 10/10, would recommend!

They are efficient, punctual and easy to work with. We have used them for several years and plan on using them in the future

WG Speeks was recommended to me by a neighbor who has had excellent experiences with their service. I had my HVAC go out over the summer and needed a replacement. The prior company never even got back to me with a quote! WG Speeks came back with the best quote and warranty by far of five companies that gave me quotes! They installed the new unit quickly and cleaned up all the mess. In addition they identified a minor problem with my furnace that the previous company had also misdiagnosed. Technicians have always arrived as scheduled & i’ve been given advance notice reminder phone calls. Overall I’m very happy with this company! Highly recommend!

The technician, Derrick, was amiable, conscientious about every aspect of checking our system for the upcoming winter, and thorough about making certain everything was neat and in its place. Excellent service!! I highly recommend W.G. Speaks for your a/c and heating needs. They also replaced our system when we purchased our home 2 years ago. Very happy with their Services!!

I’ve had a number of HVAC companies service my systems over the years, and WG Speeks won me over. From my experience, they are genuinely honest, which is rare in the industry. From scheduling to maintenance and repair, I am totally satisfied with their service and reasonable pricing. A special appreciation to Vernon Black, Coleman, Julie, Doc in scheduling and John Boyer in sales. Discuss matters with either of these gentlemen and you will be happy. I can almost guarantee it.

I have used W.G Speeks for over 4 years. Having a service contract with semi annual inspections has been invaluable. When I did have a need for a service call they responded with same day service, transparency on the problem with my unit, pricing and expectation.

I hardly ever leave reviews but WG Speeks Heating and Air conditioning provided prompt excellent customer service that I felt was well deserving of one. My husband and I were getting ready to move when we discovered our furnace needed a gas valve replaced. They quoted half the price of a competitor and received the part within two days of the order being placed. In this economy it was truly appreciated with so many other moving costs. Thank you for the work and if we ever move back in your servicing area you have a customer for life!
