Great company. Been in business a long time and I know it's due to their excellent techs who regularly maintain my system. My initial contact was Pam who came through for me when my old system failed in the hottest summer on record. She went the extra mile to have a new system in place in no time at all. Since having routine maintenance by several techs, I know I made the right choice as they are all top notch professionals. Most recent is technician Judy who is professional as well as personable and does an outstanding job, in addition to sharing tips on keeping my system operating to maximum efficiency. My experience with the service WG Speeks Heating & Air was outstanding. The two men Michael & Manny were very professional with their work and answered all my questions. They found that my control board needed replacement but, they didn't have one on hand. They called around, found one, and spent the better part of a hour picking it up so me and my family could have heat in our home. Above and beyond what most would have done. I was so impressed with their professional, that I asked and signed up for their Maintenance Plan. Thank you guys so very much.

Service by the technician was terrific. Hitting unit working and not leaking. Technician was courteous, kind, and helpful. Even cleaned up behind himself. Only complaint I would have is I had to call after three weeks as parts had to be on order. One ended up being on backorder and actually not available, but no one had checked to get back in touch with me. Not a big deal just call and make sure everybody knows where things stand.
