Our technician reviewed out heating issue, determined what was the issue with our heat pump system and addressed it within 15 minutes. Explained to us the exact issue and told us how he could fix it. Very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Can highly recommend Griffith Heating and Cooling.

CJ and Joel installed a new HVAC system today and everything went great. The guys were very professional and did a great job installing the system. Very knowledgeable guys that took time to explain the process and show their work as well. Highly recommend Griffith Heating & Cooling. Our furnace stopped blowing suddenly, and Griffith same-day dispatched a technician to inspect our unit. Nick was polite, thorough, and took the time to explain the problem in detail. Our unit is thankfully under warranty from Carrier and covered the part costs, and Nick quoted us an extremely reasonable labor rate to install it. We look forward to having them back in a few days to install. Could not have asked for a smoother experience. Thank you!!!

I had the opportunity to observe several Griffith technicians, as a third-party, while they serviced a neighbor's heat pump systems. Holding several certifications in the industry, and having worked in an industry using very large refrigeration systems, I can easily spot the professional, or a "hack". Griffith was faced with several problems, on these systems over a couple years. Some were the result of terrible repairs by "hacks" from another company, some were complex, involving multiple components. In one case, the technician arrived to address a problem on one system and noticed a failing, critical component on the other system. The problems were varied and complex. All of the technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. Regardless of the frustrating mix of problems, Griffith never shied away from resolving the issues. Their customer was/is happy, and I had the pleasure of observing real professionals, doing their jobs, on the front line. Hats off to all of them.

Griffin has always had reliable, friendly service but the gentleman that came out on Friday (Graham I believe) was quite impressive! Not only was he polite and extremely knowledgeable, but he even took the time to bring my trash can down from the curb before he left. It really made my day!

Jose Fernandez with Griffith responded to my text at 7 am and had a technician named Robert at my home by 9 am. Robert diagnosed a bad capacitor within 10 minutes and fixed my 14yr old HVAC. He was in and out and very courteous. The cost was minimal and Im very thankful Griffith helped me on a 97 degree day within 2 hours of my notification. Griffith HVAC has serviced our last home and present home for a number of years. When it was time to replace our HVAC system we asked them, and two other companies, to give us a proposal. We were careful to make sure that each were bidding on the same equipment to have a fair comparison. Each provided a detailed quote. Although Griffith was not the least expensive, their track record and the professionalism of their representative, Jose Fernandez, convinced us to have them do the job. The installation was scheduled for two days after the agreement was signed. The two installation mechanics were extremely professional, efficient and personable. In sum, a process that can be stressful was very pleasant. Thanks to all at Griffith. .

Griffith Heating and Cooling just installed a RUUD 3 ton heat pump and air handler system in our home. We ordered it on a Friday and they installed it the next Monday. Very professional and skilled technicians. Would highly recommend them if you need any HVAC work done on your home. Special kudos to Jose Fernandez and HVAC Technician CJ for their responsiveness and quality installation.

Bradley was great and did an amazing job!! Very communicative, explained everything he was doing and the next steps we are taking. I felt as if he listened to what I was saying and figured out the problem. I was using Michael and Son before and I left them to switch to Griffith, best decision I made!

We had a wonderful experience with Graham yesterday during our routine HVAC system maintenance. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable—and even won over all of our pets!

What truly stood out, though, was something small but incredibly thoughtful. After finishing the service and pulling out of our driveway, Graham noticed that the trash service had just come by. He stopped, got out of his vehicle, and walked our trash can all the way back to our garage. We didn’t see him do it—only later noticed it on our Ring camera.

To us, that simple act spoke volumes. Character is what someone does when no one is watching, and Graham’s actions showed genuine care and integrity.
