BEFORE YOU SIGN A DEAL WITH ONE OF THOSE BIGGER HVAC COMPANIES READ THIS! We recently had our entire 25 yr old HVAC system (two AC units, two gas furnaces) replaced by Daniel's. We had an offer on the table from one of the much larger companies in the area. We showed this offer to Daniel's. Not only did Daniel's match the offer, they improved upon it while exposing the deceptive reality behind the competitor's offer. The installation went off without a hitch, in the timeframe specified by Daniel's and within the budget we agreed upon. Worth noting, this was not a simple installation by any stretch. Since our AC units are on the roof Daniel's arranged a crane to place the units 3 stories up and only charged us the cost of the crane service and nothing more. When they were done all debris was removed and our HVAC system now works like a charm. We've had one of the hottest mays in history but not in our house. Here my wife has to put on a sweater. We've been with Daniel's now for 20 years and we can not imagine going with anyone else. While trying to negotiate the deal with that larger company (what were we thinking?!) every phone call to them resulted in speaking with someone who did not know who we were let alone the finer details of our installation; big details too, like the fact that we were going to need a crane to lift the units to a third floor rooftop. But every time we called Daniel's not only did they know who we were but they also knew all about our specific installation details. There is more to mention here unrelated to the HVAC installation. We had a broken gate which Daniel's repaired as it was in their way. They could have just removed it and set it aside, that would have been reasonable. But instead they chose to act like neighbors and took the high road. We also had a bunch of junk lying around. Again, acting like good neighbors, they took the junk with them to the dump, no extra charge. Daniel's Heating & Cooling clearly loves what they do as much as they cherish their customers. Once again, they have left us feeling confident and comfortable, what a great job. Here's to another 20 years!

Service prior to the service mentioned above - summer 2017
I had an army buddy visiting with his family, 100+ heat index last night. At 9PM th A/C goes out. I call Daniels heating and cooling and Jeff Bean races right over to fix it, boom 10:45 he's done. Are you kidding me!!! I do not know of a single other A/C company that will do that let alone ANY other service just short of the fire department. Anyway, thanks Jeff! Thanks Daniel's!!

We have used Daniel's for a very long time and have had such an amazing experience with them. They've helped us navigate come pretty complicated HVAC issues and have done a great job liaising with the manufacturers around warranty concerns. We especially want to call out Jeff, who has also helped us out for some time and we can always trust him to fix the issue, explain it in a way we can understand, and he's an all around nice person!

Ronnie and the folks at Daniels were excellent to work with. We hired them to remove our radiators, baseboard heaters, and boiler system for two heat pump systems (in addition to some other work). Ronnie was easy to work with, reliable, and communicated with us well throughout the process. He also offered great advice, recommendations, and solutions as we proceeded with the project. He was also extremely flexible as we coordinated with other subcontractors. They worked well and cooperated with the other companies with no issues. We were pregnant at the time and they worked extremely hard to finish up all the work before our due date! We will hire Ronnie again and have happily recommended them to friends. I've been a customer of Daniel's for 30+ years. They have installed and serviced all my equipment and I have always been completely satisfied. I recently had my heat go out on a weekend and as cold as it's been I wasn't waiting until monday. I called and John came out .He told me that my 22 year old furnace needed to be replaced. They had my new furnace installed in less than 48 hours. Very professional and courteous. I Highly recommend this company !

I had Daniel's come to flush a water heater and clean my dryer vent. At the same time there was a handyman replacing a water faucet cartridge in my kitchen. When he left to get parts, Kenny, the technician, confirmed with him that he shut the water off in the kitchen as he would be turning it back on. Turns out he had not, and when the water was turned on it sprayed all over my kitchen and hard wood floors. Kenny got down on his hands and knees and helped me mop up the water so it would not damage my floors. This was totally not his fault but he stayed and helped me and could not have been kinder. I am so grateful and I highly recommend this company!!

Called Daniel's about a hot water heater. The guy who came out talked to me like an adult who had a clue. That was very positive, and because of that he was clear with me on my options. I knew what the $1K option was, the $5K option, etc... Was very friendly and thorough. Even made sure the new heater would be a size to fit conveniently around my washer/dryer.

An hour later I had a quote, and an hour after that I had three guys in my house installing a hot water heater. Their quote was $800 less than a competitor, same unit. The installers did their work without lollygagging... My wife let them in and by the time I went to check on them they were done. The area was left clean and dry.

Thrilled with Daniel's. Great service, fair price. They are "my" plumber from now on. Cool pen.

In all the years I’ve owned houses I have never experienced such a thorough evaluation and servicing of our HVAC systems. Jeff did an incredible job! It’s reassuring to now have a proficient and trustworthy company we can now use on a regular basis.

David and his crew did a fantastic job. Courteous , efficient , knowledgeable, went the extra mile to make it work. Called an announced they were on their way ( ahead of schedule). Answered all questions asked. Will use Daniel’s again.

Daniel’s installed a new HVAC system to replace the existing non-working unit. I was extremely happy that the new system came in much quicker than expected and was installed the next day. The work was completed quickly and the old equipment taken away. My new Lenox system is working perfectly. I’m very happy with the entire process.

If we could give 10 stars we would!!! We got three estimates. Only Daniels Heating evaluated our system thoroughly, asked questions about our usage, etc. and made knowledgeable recommendations. The others simply handed us an estimate. Daniels Heating estimate was the lowest! Our system is so quiet, so efficient. We couldn't be happier with the product or the installer and their service. We highly recommend Daniels Heating.

I’m not sure if this is the correct company as I only saw the truck for a minute or two on the road this morning but I just want to say if it is the right company you guys just got a customer for life I don’t have any HVAC issues but if you guys had a driver in a work truck D-54 Wednesday March 4th I just want to let yall know he saw me in my big truck trying to get out of the gas station onto busy courthouse got in the right lane so when the light turned green he could let me in ( people are in such a damn rush no one ever wants to do that) then after he let me in got back into the left hand lane and continued on! To have the kindness and presence of mind to do that during early morning traffic when we are all trying to get to work was one of the nicest things I’ve seen so far and kindness goes a long way this company didn’t even service me but I can see how kind they are and they will be the first I think if if I ever do need a service done Thank you driver D-54

Mode has always been a great company for all our heating/cooling needs. They have worked with us for years and have always done a terrific job. We just had some additional work done in our home and our technician, David, was awesome. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

6/13/2025: Everyone at Mode Comfort and Air is fantastic. I can depend on Todd and his staff to educate me, walk me through next steps, and then remediate issues as expected. Nick, Jason, and Ethan stopped by and did all of what I mentioned. In my experience, it is tough to find companies you can trust. I trust them and always learn something after they leave. If I could give more stars, I would.

6/1/2022: Had thermostat issues yesterday and Todd helped me solve that problem. The unit stopped working today (fail safe worked properly due to clogged line). Jason and his teammate solved that problem today. Read my updates in their entirety. Money well spent. No one anywhere can top their customer focus, problem solving, and positive approach. Things will work in your favor if Mode is your provider.

Three month update (9/14/2021): Five stars. I have enjoyed our new HVAC unit. This is the coolest our house has been in years. The unit is efficient and I am saving money. I challenge anyone to find a business more focused on the customer. I called on a Saturday when I noticed excessive moisture on my other unit. They spent thirty minutes walking me through the steps I needed to take to ensure it was working correctly. Thanks to their advice, I was able to take action and monitor the system at no extra cost. I am looking forward to continuing service with them.

Mode Comfort & Air Quality’s end to end process is amazing. They could teach a Masters course on how to run a superior business operation. My experience started with Amy who listened to what I needed and walked me through their process. Jason and Tyler diagnosed the problem quickly. David and Tyler installed the HVAC unit. Our tech Jason did an AMAZING job! Quick diagnostic and repair in 100 degree heat. Very reasonable cost to get our upstairs unit working again. I HIGHLY recommend Mode for all your HVAC needs.

We had been without AC for several days waiting for someone else. I called mode late in the day Friday. They had someone out Saturday by 1pm. Far faster than originally expected. Nick was nice, easy to understand and fast. Our unit needed a new capacitor and they were able to install it right then and get our AC up and running.

Jason was anwesome and gave a bunch of really helpful suggestions related to the issues I was experiencing. Great customer service and at an affordable price.

Mode installed an HVAC unit for me two years ago. Since then, my electric bill has dropped dramatically. I had my first inspection today by Mode's, Steve Florian, he was thorough and polite. So glad Mode was recommended to me when I needed a new unit. I am totally pleased with my choice.

Nick was very polite and efficient. He serviced both indoor and outdoor units quickly and with no disruption. Would highly recommend Mode. All of my interactions with all Mode associates have been positive.

Mode staff have always been professional and courteous. They never try to upsell me on anything, even knowing my unit is over 20 years. I have a maintenance package, so I get my HVAC system cared for 2X year. Tech Nick McMann saved us on Saturday. Hubs and I woke up to a warm house. Capacitor died and it quickly approaching 80+ in the house. Called Mode and I was 2nd listed for Sunday repair. I thought that was fantastic until I got a call back from Mode explaining that Tech Nick McMann realized he had to pass my subdivision on the way to his next call and would I like Nick to come by in 15 minutes to install a new capacitor. I'm impressed with such excellent same day service. I was out maybe 2.5 hours without AC. I highly recommend Mode Comfort & Air Quality. .

Jason Whitfield came over for our annual maintenance for Fall and did a good job, he also helped in getting my air filters changed for some which was overdue by me as I just didn’t have time..
