Very cool place that has a awesome knowledgeable staff and alot of items in stock! Service was quick and the sales floor is well organized!

Slow! Partial on a 53' dry van 3hrs 15min to unload. REAL tight in there with an OTR truck, one at a time. They're really too big/busy for this location. Dock manager seemed real disgruntled to have trucks showing up - probably the wrong job to have if that's how it is.

Daniel's sends annual reminders that it's time for regular maintenance on our heat pumps. It's easy to call to arrange a convenient appointment and I'm usually greeted by Ellie, who is always friendly and helpful. The technician, Kenny Fletcher, is always prompt, courteous and thorough, and he removes his shoes before entering our home! I always ask for him. We're very happy with Daniel's.

Incredibly impressed and pleased with the quality and thorough nature of the service. From the technician who diagnosed the problems with my A/C, to the fair an transparent quoting process (which sought to avoid unnecessary costs), to the actual repair (which included unexpected improvements to existing infrastructure), I could not have been more happy with the result. I have used numerous other heating and air companies, from small to regional, and Daniel's is by far the best. On top of all that, the owner stopped by the house in the middle of the A/C repair to check on things, which to me demonstrated a very high level of care and integrity regarding the work being done.

HVAC technician helped troubleshoot an issue with our A/C unit and tested the coolant pressure, etc. Individual was on-time, professional, responsive and took the time to explain to me not only what he was doing but also why. Unit was back to operational status within 30 or so minutes and system checked out okay. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

For many years, Daniel's has been our go-to company for all of our heating and air conditioning installations, maintenance, and repair. A special shout-out to Kenny Fletcher, a truly exceptional, knowledgeable, and expert professional who just plain "knows his stuff", especially when it comes to our Rinnai gas combination unit. Kudos to Kenny and Daniel's.

Good ac maintenance employee. As requested, when entering house did something to be sure our floors stayed clean. Went into attic and checked ac. Went outside and checked unit, and used water hose to clean it. Wrote a good report = at a detail letter telling us the status of several things he had checked or cleaned. Would recommend him.

We experienced a nightmare with another contractor sent by the home warranty people to repair an old unit. That contractor screwed up not just the unit having an issue, but another unit as well. Finally, the warranty people agreed to send Daniels to take care of it which they did in record time and complete professionalism. Since then, they have always sought ways to save us money on the repairs and replacements and always had our best interest and checkbook interests even before their own. I trust these people. You should too!!!!

We called Daniel's Heating and Refrigeration for an estimate on a furnace and air conditioner. Ronnie took the time to education us in the type of systems we had and what our options were. Having an understanding of the ins and outs of the working systems was greatly appreciated and helped in making a decision that will be best for our needs. The technicians are always on time & they call to let the client know when they are on the way. Every tech I have dealt with are well-mannered, and are able to diagnose the problem and most time fix it right then. If a part needs to be ordered, they return as soon as the part arrives.
When my A/C went out during a heat spell with temps in the 90's, Daniel's sent a tech to my house with a portable floor model A/C, to provide me with some cool air. My kitties & I were extremely grateful!

When my old HVAC contractor failed to finish the job servicing my Whole house humidifier, I called Daniels and they promptly scheduled an appointment. The technician took care of finishing the service. Then, a couple of months later, my upstairs heat zone started to fail. Daniels worked with my schedule to investigate the problem, give me options for replacement, and ultimately install the system that I chose. They even submitted the necessary info to Dominion Resources for a rebate on my behalf. All of their employees were very respectful. A very nice company to work with!
