I shopped for two weeks and got 7 quotes to replace my 22 year old HVAC system in the heat of August. Comfort First had the 2nd best price but I could find virtually no information on the low bidder. Comfort First quoted more rebates than any other contractor (so the 15 SEER unit was actually less expensive than a 14 SEER unit), had clear written warranties, and a 5 star rating on Angie's List with over 600 reviews.

They showed up on time, did the work, didn't damage my house, and I've had zero issues since the install. I'd choose them again if I needed an HVAC system replaced.

Had issues with my heat and they were able to schedule an appointment right away. They were able to repair the system the same day they came out. Very fast, professional and explained everything in great detail.

If I could rate this 0 I would 3 times they came out couldn't get the AC fix coil has a leak in it they never checked it had to call another company to fix it

Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. From beginning to end. Wrong equipment delivered that they tried to make work until I caught on, no communication, no kindness nor any sign of remorse that they messed up, It has been EVERYONE else's fault from the beginning. Except for Ashley. She is the only one that seemed to have any authenticity in her voice. I truly bet she has a daunting task of cleaning up behind everyone else's poor business ethics.

The owner (one of several, couldn't keep everyone's names strait) has yelled at me several times on the phone, as i refuse to pay the little left of the remaining balance until they guarantee in writing that they will cover what has gone wrong.

I truly never leave a bad review - and believe me - t here is so much more cringe-worthy details and facts i could share but wont. You get the idea. I pray no one has to go through this, that doesn't have the experience i have. If i didn't monitor this in every way from the first red flag - they would've got over on me big time.
