Todd and his apprentice (sadly, I can't recall his name) were both great! Super professional, friendly, and fast. When it turned out my compressor had an oddball capacitor that they didn't have in the truck, Todd immediately got on the phone hunting one down, and had it retrieved and installed within an hour or so! I'm really impressed with Mode's (and Todd's) service and I'll definitely be contacting them in the future for any issues I have!

Very fast and fixed the issue that multiple companies could not. Didn't try to upsell me or tell me I had the replace the entire system. Everything works perfect!

Our A/C went out on Sunday morning, used the text service on their site to contact them. They answered super fast and by 1:30 our A/C was fixed. Nick was super nice and professional. Also, despite being a weekend job the service was very reasonably priced. I will definitely recommend to all my friends in the future!

I was able to schedule the visit for the next day and the crew arrived within first 2 hours of my 4 hour window. My repair occurred to HVAC in 15 min and cost less than $200 (capacitor). Kind, efficient, professional, paid on the spot with debit card. Will recommend to all folks in my area!

Hired them to give a second opinion after my current company with whom I have a maintenance contract told me I needed an expensive repair. They came out and took the time to do a deep dive and confirmed that the repair was not needed and corrected a number of issues caused by the other company. Promptly fired my old company and will be using Mode from now on. Couldn't be happier with their service, professionalism, and expertise. 10/10 would recommend.

He also recommended a solution to the same problem as another company, but at a much lower cost, and we think a much more effective solution. We would happily recommend David to anyone in our area!

The Mode LLC technician, Jason Whitfield, arrived promptly and had all of the equipment and tools required for the two uV lamp installations. Jason explained what to visually check to ensure the lamps are operating properly, and he reviewed the warranty. Thanks, Jason!

Jason has been an invaluable part of our home maintenance. He was here on day one while we built our house. Jason and the owner Todd designed our ultra efficient ductless system. They both have set up a yearly maintenance schedule. We have had a few manufacturer warranty items in the last 10 years. I have seen them both jump through large hoops to get things covered and parts shipped.
Just can not imagine not being able to call on Todd Rice or Jason Whitfield at Mode for my HVAC needs.
They are very clean and clean up well.

Initial response was quick and a technician was at my house within 24 hours. Repair was done in a timely manner and customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!

I switched to Mode Comfort when the current heating & AC company I've used for years declined in both technical and customer service. I was assigned Steve as my technician and not only is he extremely knowledgeable and fast at problem-solving, but he's also incredibly personable. I'm so happy that I made the switch to Mode Comfort & Air Quality!!!

Had them come to a diagnostic test last week on Wednesday. They said a particular motor circulator part was broken and would need to be replaced. They quoted me $627. They told me it would take them a week to get the part so I received a call Tuesday saying the part had come in and were we available Thursday to have it installed. We scheduled the installation for Thursday and got time off to be home. I received a call today, Wednesday, telling me that they ordered the wrong part and that it would actually cost over $2,500 to repair. I am now without heat for my wife, myself, and our baby for over a week and have no plan to have it fixed. They are dishonest and incompetent. They will make excuses rather than taking responsibility and argue with you rather than apologizing. Do not use this company, whatever they may have been in the past, they aren't that company anymore.

Sometimes you have to get a second opinion and boy am I glad I did. Mode came out and diagnosed a problem ( user error) and fixed it in less than 15 minutes - I had been told my issue was unfixable and required a totally new "system" ( to the tune of over a thousand dollars) I couldn't be happier that I waited and got them to check it out- I am now switching companies- they are honest, professional, KNOWLEDGABLE, and affordable.
