Adam came by to provide an estimate for a new heating and cooling system for my basement. He was extremely courteous and professional. He took the time to explain everything he was thinking and the reasons for his recommendations. It didn’t feel as if he was there just to sell me a product.

Ford with Delta Temp did an amazing job!!! It’s hard to find a company that is so dedicated to not only their customers but employees too, he was on time and very knowledgeable. Ford took the time to explain the process and make sure I knew exactly what was being done. I will be recommending this company to anyone that ask.

Our first impression was how courteous Kylie was on the phone when she scheduled our service appointment. Then Ford called and asked if we’d like him to come two days earlier than scheduled! He arrived as promised and took time to explain things to us that he found during his inspection. He worked diligently to undo years of neglect under “service contract “ arrangements with another company. Ford could not have been more personable, knowledgeable and professional. He repaired our Buderus boiler quickly and the price was fair. We highly recommend this company.

Ford and Delta Temp did an excellent job repairing my tankless hot water heater. We have a brand that many other plumbing companies complained about working on. We were without hot water for a week during a very cold week in January. Delta Temp did a great job communicating with us about delivery of parts and understanding the urgency of fixing our hot water heater and made us a priority. Delta temp is a great company to work with. They installed our geothermal system six years ago and have been doing biannual preventative maintenance since then. They are always on time and very courteous. Just recently we had a problem with our system and they worked diligently to get it resolved. I especially like the service we have received from Ford one of their technicians. He has always been great to work with and he’s so friendly with my dog. This past time he came to fix our problem and even called the next day to make sure it was truly fixed. Thank you!

Our technician was Edith, who was wonderful! She is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. She is also friendly and explains what she is doing as she goes along. Because of her we have heat this Christmas and we are grateful! All of the Delta Temp employees are marvelous!

Two of the best young men I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. I have used this company several times and they are awesome. My Geo-Thermal went out and it burst our water pipes in the basement. I called several companies that work with my Home Warranty Companies no one available until mid July. My mother is 86 and has severe asthma. The temperatures will be reaching in the 100’s the rest of this week. Also not having water uggh. When I explained this to Kiley that morning at 8:45 am she had a team at my house by 11 am. They truly are the best in the business when it comes to Geo Thermal and mini splits. I highly recommend them. No other companies gave a hoot about my Mom’s medical conditions. I’m so grateful to this company!
