Delta Temp installed our Geothermal system 7 years ago and has been a trusted vendor ever since. Recently, Ford was onsite for a service call and did his usual outstanding job. While he may be one of the most senior team members, he exemplifies their overall professional ethic and skill. We continue to be very pleased with Delta Temp and will always think of them first for any future HVAC services we may require.

These guys are phenomenal. We’ve worked with them for about 18 years and they have been prompt and reliable as well as professional every time. Austin was our most recent service provider and he did not disappoint . We would recommend Delta Temp Inc. to anyone.

Delta Temp is a high-quality contractor. The technicians are well trained, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They have the Water Furnace Geothermal systems under control and have always fixed my issues. Today the problem was an unusual one but they figured it out, had the parts necessary to repair on the truck and got me back up and running. I highly recommend this quality contractor especially if you have geothermal systems. And a shout out for Ford Condrey who has always did a thorough job.

Update: the attempt at resolution was one half hearted voicemail asking if I would like to pay for another service call. Since the first one (that cost $275) went so well? Still have not received the requested information, despite asking multiple times. I have a lot of patience and give a lot of grace, but this company either installed a pretty crappy system and/or did a poor job checking and repairing it. The customer service is zero out of 5 stars.

Every experience we've had so far with Delta Temp has been disappointing at best. Every phone call has gone nowhere. The office staff is rude, not helpful at all and not knowledgeable. Our one service call, although the technicians were knowledgeable, did not fix our issues. We were charged anyway and after more than half a dozen phone calls are still waiting for even a follow-up return call. We requested some documentation at least four times and the office staff doesn't even seem to know what we're talking about. We can't even get a quote for an additional system for our current remodel. I guess they just don't want our business? I'm not impressed with our system and it is definitely not functioning properly. Our utility bills are costing us an arm and a leg and the technician told us let the extra several hundred $ a month is "probably from something else." Even though it was installed by Delta, we're moving on to a different service provider.

Ford from Delta Temp came to work on the system. He is a very knowledgeable and personable technician. He has great attention to detail.

We've called Delta Temp a couple times to fix some minor issues with our HVAC units and both times they have responded quickly and provided excellent service. Their technicians kept us up to date on what they were doing and most importantly they were able to fix the problem each time.

Delta Temps has been an excellent company to work with. A few years back we had some issues that they dealt with quickly and professionally. The work they did has continued to perform. I am glad to have a service plan with them. It is a very affordable piece of mind. Our technicians have all been excellent. Most recently Ford Condrey manged our semi-annual maintenance. Everything was explained thoroughly and Ford assisted with filters and battery changes. Very pleased indeed

The folks at Delta Temp, Adam Draucker and especially Ford Condrey, are OUTSTANDING! Our water furnace went down in the scorching heat of July. Ford assessed the problem and helped us select the replacement. He and Adam expedited the installation as soon as it arrived from the manufacturer. They delivered it to our home at 4 pm that same day. They removed the old and installed the new water furnace and had it cooling and dehumidifying the house by 8 pm. Ford and an assistant returned the next day at 8:30 am to install and fine tune the furnace and damper systems and repair or modify our existing duct work. He installed new thermostats throughout our home and spent time instructing me on how to use them efficiently. He also took the time to help me download and install the Symphony software on my computer and phone and showed me how useful it will be for us. His job was completed about 4:30 that afternoon. It was a delight to have such a knowledgeable, courteous, honest, dependable and patient person working in our home. It gives us peace of mind knowing that we can call on Delta Temp for all our geothermal heating and air conditioning issues.

Jeffrey came all the way from the Midlothian area to Lunenburg County several weeks ago and correctly analyzed the problem with my geothermal heat pump. He was back again this morning at 8:00 with the part that had been ordered to install the part and get the system running again. Jeffrey is both pleasant and competent. Our almost 32 year old A/C unit died on one of the hottest days of the year. We called our home warranty company (which we cancelled the same day) and they would not have a tech available to even come look at it for 4 days. We called Delta Temp and spoke with Ford. He came out the same day and was able to get our unit running. But it definitely needed to be replaced as the fix was only temporary. He discussed our options and we decided to get an estimate for replacement of our whole HVAC unit. With them being almost 32 years old, they definitely weren’t very efficient.

We received as estimate the same afternoon and it was very reasonable. We decided to get it replaced. It was the week of July 4th and since we had a temporary fix, we told them there was no rush on our end to get it replaced. They scheduled us for the following week.

We received a text on the morning they were to arrive to let us know they were on the way. Included in the text was a photo of Ford, our technician. Definitely a nice safety feature in todays world of adding a photo of the technician. They arrived on time and had our old unit out and the new installed in about four hours. They cleaned up after themselves and no trash was left behind. Our new unit is quiet and definitely more efficient than the old.

I highly recommend Delta Temp. From the first call, the three techs that came out, to the follow up, everything was absolutely perfect!

We had delta temp install a tankless water heater in 2023 and in 2025 we called them back to remove a radiator and joined their HVAC maintenance program. Everyone at Delta has been amazing! Very professional and kind.

Delta Temp has been doing service and installation for me for 25 years. I can’t say enough good things about how great this company is to deal with. Super responsive with phenomenal technicians. AFAIK they handle the full scope of HVAC systems but they definitely are Geothermal experts. Very thoughtful and scientific approach to system design Also great for the fresh air/ventilation side of things and they handled the Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) and Make Up Air System (MUAS) on my new construction.
