RAVEN was indeed a professional and provided the best of service in the installation of our HVAC unit. With the help of Raven, they both worked into the late hours to finish the job. We appreciate their service and have been using Richmond Heating and Air Services for our Family needs and servicing our many commercial properties which Bandazian & Co. manages.

We had a wonderful experience working with them! From the very beginning, they were extremely helpful, communicative, and committed to doing things right and doing the right things. I would highly recommend them for doing great work, and being very upfront and communicative with the customer. We had a rather complicated situation and installation, and they were very consultative throughout the entire experience, and did great work.

I haven’t met Richmond Heating and Service owners but they must be incredibly smart to have hired the AWESOME technician Raven. He is by far the incredible Superman: eithics you can trust, more knowledgeable in his field of expertise than anyone else I met, and a good heart that will guide you through your purchase, installation and service plan/warranty. I am a huge fan of the company and Raven who has helped me through the removal and reinstallation of an air handler required because I needed someone capable of cleaning up the mess created by another high priced technician from a different company. I am so grateful to have found Richmond Hearing and Air company, and Raven.

Product knowledge on my old furnace was stellar.
Price for a new furnace was not.

Raven came over and fixed our furnace and did a maintenance of the AC unit. Fantastic service at a reasonable price. Raven is awesome and great at communicating walking me through what he did and shared a lot of knowledge. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any HVAC service.

Raven and Jason are very thorough and informative. They are experts at what they do and did an amazing job with installing a new heat pump system for us. We highly recommend them!

Hands-down, the best and only place/person I'll ever go to for heating and air (A/C) services for my home from now on.

I've been dealing with a spotty A/C unit that's caused some issues on and off again, partially from user error too at times. That said, I've tried several other A/C experts in the area. All of which promised a fix, and they did - temporarily.

Raven, who diligently worked with my tough schedule and stayed in communication even before the actual service date. When he came, he was very nice, respectful to me and my home. He explained EVERYTHING in detail of what he found to be an issue, could be an issue, and room for improvement in the future - never pressured for anything though.

Because of his detailed approach, he saw where other contractors attempted to fix, what they missed, and what actually needed fixing. Raven was able to fix the leaking issue I had and provide a more durable long-term solution. Not too mention, if there was an issue, I had a 1-year warranty for it! That's a first and testament that he stands behind his work.

Wow. I have never been so rudely spoken to by a service provider EVER. I have tried for several days to get an appointment with Richmond Heating & Air because they were referred by my warranty company. Yesterday, I talked with a lovely women who said she would make a note in the system & try to get someone out today. This morning, another woman called me saying it's not possible that I had called before yesterday, that I must be thinking about another company & that I had no idea what I was talking about. She was interrupting me the entire time trying to tell me I was wrong & ended up telling me she would not help me & hung up on me. The only way I can figure they have such a high rating is that they delete negative ones. AWFUL experience. I would give ZERO stars. DO NOT USE.

Raven and team did a fantastic maintenance service for us which was long overdue. They were extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and provided excellent recommendations for further improvements. Definitely will be doing a regular maintenance service and inspections through them.

There are people who you know you can trust as soon as you shake their hand. These are that sort of people. Regarding their process, it was obvious that they work hard to make the experience as hassle free as possible. Raven had to be late to our house because of something unexpected at someone else’s house; his dispatch team texted us right away to let us know about the delay and when to expect him. It was late, and I could tell from looking at him he’d had a really long, hot day, twelve or fourteen hours from the look of it. Not once did I get the impression that he was in a hurry or taking short cuts to “git er dun” so he could get home for supper. That’s rare. Most folks will let you know in little ways; you get the sense you aren't being taken care of when that happens, as much as you might understand the reasons why, and there is nothing worse than feeling like getting ripped off in ways you don't fully understand. Not only did we feel well cared for, we learned more about air-conditioning than we knew before, and all of it stuff we needed to know to make the decisions we have to make next. There is a fine line between hustling and doing good business (ask anyone who ever responded to an ad for carpet-cleaning specials): these people do good business, and when we have future heating and air business to conduct, we will be calling them. No question.

AC went out on where multiple 95+ degree days were happening. Richmond Heating and Air was able to come out the same day while other companies said it would be multiple days. The tech that came out was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing to troubleshoot the issue and repair. Very happy with the service.

Professional, knowledgable, honest, straightforward company. Shout out to Jason. Was looking for AC repair on a Friday and hoping for same day service as weekend services costs an arm and a leg. I called a handful of other HVAC companies and explained my issue but all of them were booked up for the day. When I called Richmond Heating/Air Services I talked with Jason who did even better than same day service. After explaining my problem (the same explanation I told the other companies) he said I was in luck and quickly ran me through a few basic troubleshooting steps over the phone that ultimately solved my issue. Saved me tons of time, headache, and from having to sleep in a hot room again. And as a new homeowner I appreciate him explaining my systems so I could do these basic maintenance steps in the future. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
