Jeffrey at Delta Temp is excellent. He is very knowledgeable about geothermal systems. He answered all my questions, did a fantastic job explaining how the system works and how to interpret the light signals on the furnace. He was thorough with the maintenance tasks. I will call Delta Temp again. Jeffrey and Ford who came another time are dedicated to doing the best by their customers.

When your furnace quits working on Christmas Eve it can be hard to find a silver lining but working with Richmond Heating and Air services was one. Jason was incredibly helpful and quick to fix the problem at a reasonable price. I was impressed by the the experience overall and started a maintenance contract with them because I intend to use them going forward!

Raven was honestly the most caring Technician I’ve ever worked with! And I’ve had ALOT OF HVAC/Heating technicians over the years. He took the time to address the problem at its source and explain exactly what was wrong and make me comfortable with the repairs he was making.

It’s a bonus that he’s a fellow veteran as well.

I just had a whole 4ton unit installed, and other than it working perfectly, I would have never known they were in my home. Left without a trace of trash or evidence of construction.
