Great communication! Easy to book online and they send notifications and reminders of when your service appointment is and when the technician is on the way. Jason was very friendly and professional. He did a thorough inspection of our AC unit and did a outstanding job explaining what he was seeing and what to look out for so to prevent issues in the future. Definitely recommend

I am more than pleased with the service that I received today by Richmond Heating and Air. Not only are they hard working but they are reliable, honest, and friendly. They are not here to rip you off. I will recommend everyone to give them a try, you won't be disappointed. My issues were fixed in a timely manner. All of my questions were answered, and they even taught me preventive measures to take on my own, if needed. The service, the kindness, and the knowledge that was done are unmatched.

Your technician told me he could put a temporary patch on the system that may or may not temporarily fix it for $ 800.00. Then, quoted a new system for a small fortune. Fortunately, I got a second opinion. The technician replaced one part and tested the system. It's in good working order. Either your technician is incompetent, or just a crook. Either way, I won't be calling again.

Technician Mark Zaccarine did an excellent inspection and installed a programmable thermostat. On time and gave me plenty of notice. I didn’t have to cleanup anything. He took pictures of blower to help me plan for cleaning in the Spring. I signed a year contract since this experience went so well.

Mark was very helpful, thoroughly explained the situation to us and the cost of repair vs replacement so we decided to replace the unit, and the cost was not as much as I thought it be. He even got us a space heater to use while we wait for the new heat pump to be installed.

I've had the pleasure to work with Micah Scorsone. From start to finish: he is truly the nicest, polite, informative, honest, thorough, and approachable person I have ever met. He is always going above and beyond and I am satisfied with his work. Such a great guy!

After hearing a commercial on the radio, a little less than a year ago, we knew exactly who to give a call to when our existing unit had issues. After learning we needed a new indoor and outdoor unit, Mark Z. and another gentleman installed our unit, efficiently and effectively; and, better than we could have ever anticipated. We surprisingly did have a couple of unfortunate situations take place, where the unit stopped working properly; but the company/techs, very attentively, got us back up and running. The most recent situation we were extremely fortunate to have Matt Olsen assigned to us as our tech. Matt was very knowledgeable, informative and has amazing customer service. He seemed truly caring and invested in getting us back up and running in the quickest time possible. Even with the unforeseen, unpredictable issues we've experienced, we are very pleased to have followed our instincts and partnered up with a company with such amazing employees such as Matt O. and Mark Z. The company should take heed when they're told that these gentlemen are "KEEPERS" for sure!!

My tech JR Hodges is the best HVAC tech that has come to my house in the last 25 years. He was thorough- knowledgeable - personable and explained my options in depth. You should be proud of him as your employee. He represents your company well.

If I decide on a new unit I will request him to do the install.

I am very happy with all my appointments with One Hour. I have been a customer for many years and never had an issue with them. They stay on top of check ups on my heating and cooling system. When I have a problem, they come that day most of the times to fix. They are always friendly and knowledgeable to my husband and I and we are very happy to have them as our experts.

We had been without heat for almost two days. After contacting One Hour, the problem was found, a product package presented and found. Hugo and John had the new furnace installed, running and checked out in less than six hours. From initial contact to heat back on less than 12 hours. One Hour saved the day!

Special mention goes to Micah Scorsone, who made the original service call. After diagnosing the problem, Micah found the products needed to fix the problem, put the quote together and made it possible for Hugo and John to install the package. Micah is totally professional, technically on top of his trade and a pleasure to work with. We look forward to working with him in the future.

Called at 9a on New Year's Eve day and, even though I was scheduled for a 2-6p slot, the technician was at my house by 11a! The technician ("RJ") was prompt, efficient, professional and very thorough with diagnosing and solving my furnace issue. He was also very patient in explaining the technical matters to me and answering all of my questions, with honesty and sincerity. He even took the time to prepare 4 separate invoices for me, showing my options/costs going forward with an old and aging HVAC/furnace system. I am very pleased with my service!

My technician David came last week and diagnosed my issue. He ordered the part and returned the following week on Monday and made the repair. My technician was fast and professional. No issues.

I would recommend on repairs where you are waiting for a part maybe offer portable a/c cooler in summer. Especially when temperatures are soaring. Other than that, there was nothing else I would recommend. Service was great! 👍🏿

First time turning on the heat to our new system and it wouldn’t work. Ralph, Micah, & Matt have been great in figuring out what was going on. They were very thorough, apologetic, concerned for our comfortability, and left space heaters should we need them in the interim while our system was being worked on. So thankful for them and making this a smooth & easy fix!
