While they might have eventually communicated, and became available, and seemingly gotten the job done, they will PRICE GOUGE you in comparison to other local companies. I was charged over DOUBLE what other local companies would charge, as I checked. They take advantage, knowing you don't have another choice once the technician is there particularly on a holiday weekend as it was. It was $827 just to replace a simple condensate pump, even with the supposed "membership discount" AND that did NOT even include the emergency service fee of $149. Do yourself a favor and go with another local company.

It was a pleasure working with the staff of Mr. Sparky. From the young lady who answered the phone to the Techiman that came to my home were truly professionals and knowledgeable.

I CALLED THE COMPANY BECAUSE OF AN ADVERTISEMENT ON THE RADIO STATING THAT THEY WOULD UNCLOG MY DRAIN FOR $83. 00 AND A ONE YEAR GUARANTEE THERE AFTER. IT WENT SMOOTHLY AND I HOPE THEY KEEP THE PROMISE IF IT RECLOGS WITHIN A YEAR. I HAD A NICE WORKMAN WHO REALLY WORKED HARD TO SATISFY US.

Matt Olsen is a very observant, conscientious, and well-trained A/C technician. During our semi-annual inspection he checked our capacitor and discovered the electrical charge was down considerably so we replaced it. In addition, I shared with him that we had once lost a compressor during a lightning strike so he suggested we consider installing surge protectors too. We know we could have postponed the service until the actual part failed but in these changing times of lagging availability of parts why not change them out while you can? We have called on One Hour for 35 years and have always had highly qualified individuals work on our units but to have a young man troubleshoot the unforeseeable is a special gift. Matt was also patient in answering my questions on the operation of the unit and shared information about the up-and-coming efficiency of a cold climate heat pump vs. dual fuel. Thank you for your continued superb service and sending such knowledgeable individuals!

Mark Zaccarine has been coming for our biyearly service for the furnace and AC for the past several years. I always request him as he does an awesome job of explaining things and does an excellent job of taking care of my furnace and AC.

Great experience with a big and important purchase. Fast response, good scheduling on a holiday week, and techs were all knowledgeable, thorough, and honest.

Mark came out, claimed that I had no refrigerantwhich caused the system to stop running. He said that I had to replace both the heat pump and air handler. He didn't even test the refrigerant levels because he didn't even got the system to run. Never opened the air handler, did nothing but tried to sell me a $10,000 new unit. Stay away.

Had my 12 year old unit switched out. The techs were very kind, clean, and professional. They quoted me cheaper than anyone else and with better equipment. I have their other group Mr. Sparky wiring up an exhaust fan next week and expect it to go the same way. 10/10 would recommend, they have easily earned a customer for life. My neighbors had their hvac switched out and had the same great experience.

Beware of this company, heat went out on Thanksgiving called this company they sent Micah out to diagnose my problem. Micah started with the air handler and said my heat kit was bad and that it would be $1600 to fix. Also said basically my whole system needed replacing and went on to try and sell me a $14k system because my Trane was old and rusted. I went the whole weekend without heat because he said the heat kit was bad and he had to fix that and there could be more than that. I had another company come out and in a hour had heat. A bad switch on the ac unit and he was done. Cost me $200 instead of $1600 to $14k. Micah also unhooked my lead from the thermostat to my home generator and said it wasn't even hooked to anything. This company didn't want to diagnose and fix the problem they want to sell sell sell. Micah also told me there was a tax deduction which they don't offer anymore. They will lie to you and tell you things are wrong that are fine to make a dollar. I don't recommend this company to anyone. If you do use them get a second opinion you will find it a smart move. I did!

I would never ever, ever, use this company again. The 1st time I used them, a couple of years ago, was because their modo was "they will never try to upsell you". I just had a guy hear that spent a half hour putting a used car salesman to shame. Nothing but high pressure selling, sales pitching, more selling, and more upselling. It took everything I had not to throw him out of my house. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use this joke of a company!!

Call them at 10am they were there at 2 on the dot. Listend and completed the work quickly and correctly. Can’t find a negative thing to say about them. Second time all and they were able to get us back up and running same day. Everyone else I’m waiting a couple of days if not a week. Very thankful and will recommend to everyone I know.

Technician Alex arrived on time. Went through the products with us. When we decided to go another way he as respectful. Thanks for helping us with our hot water tank. The water is hotter and lasts a little longer now. Awesome job!! I’m now a returning customer.
