I had Alex and Eric from Big Boys plumbing come out to fix a gas line issue with a kitchen remodel and they were wonderful! I had some general questions about my gas fireplaces and they took time to explain while there. My previous house did not have gas so I am new to all this.

This was the second quote we received for a new garbage disposal replacement and the reworking of pipes under our sink. The first quote we had gotten was extremely high and we knew was not a fair quote. My mom has used Big Boy Plumbing and was extremely happy with their work and said they were very honest. Logan the owner came out to do the quote and it was a third of what we had been quoted from the other plumbing company. He also got us in quickly due to the severity of our issue. Logan came the day of with one of his other plumbers Nick, and together they did an amazing job replacing our piping and installing a new garbage disposal. I’m so happy that I got a second quote and called Big Boy Plumbing. I sincerely appreciated their honest pricing and quick service. Would definitely recommend them!

If you’re in need of a plumber - you have to call Big Boys Plumbing first! Logan and his team responded to an emergency commercial plumbing issue in my office fast. He came out personally, evaluated the problem and set forth a plan to resolve the issue and complete the repairs. Within a matter of a day, (not weeks) Autumn scheduled the job for immediate repair. James and Nick arrived on time and completed the job professionally as planned - this including demolition and new work. No disruption to our workflow in the office while they completed their work. The job was finished and they had everything cleaned and back in order as if they were never here. Thanks, Logan for turning a bad situation into a positive experience.

Big Boys Plumbing is a life saver! The experience our company has had and will continue to have has been Nothing less then incredible! These guys really saved us in a way that no other company could. We desperately needed our main sewer line replaced . We had 5 other companies come out and had crazy unheard of estimates and insane projection of a timeline to do the job. As a trucking terminal, where time doesnt wait and neither can the truckers, these guys completely knocked it out of the park! Within a weekend the terminal was back on line and flushing like never before! The owner, Logan, personally came out and walked through everything with myself and staff . His knowledge and ability as a plumber exceed expectations! As a plumber myself for many years, this was the first time i didnt get any b.s. for a job to be done. He was a straight shooter and knew his job like no other! He came out and knocked it out in 2 days compared to other projection of 2 to 3 weeks for the same job. His staff was very nice, knowledgeable, and hardworking! You can definitely tell its a company that cares about its team and its customers! I called yesterday afternoon for an emergency call at my moms house. They were able to get her on the books the same day. They arrived in the time frame they said and took care of the problem quickly. No homeowner wants to have to deal with a surprise issue/bill a week before Christmas. The techs that came were so courteous and professional and really made this experience better for her. The price was more than fair, and we will continue to recommend Big Boys to our family and friends going forward.

We called Big Boys Plumbing for a clogged drain that would not clear. Their drain cleaning service was thorough and affordable. They used professional equipment and made sure everything was flowing properly before leaving.

Big Boys Plumbing came out very quickly and gave me a quote for fixing my water main line. They were friendly, prompt and professional. It’s been less than a week since I contacted them for an estimate, and now I’m sitting pretty with a brand new water main. The leak is fixed and now I can move on with life. I’m an happy camper. Big Boys Plumbing did a great job. I would definitely hire them again!

The pilot in my furnace went out on New Year’s eve. A neighbor came over to see if he could relight it. It wasn’t happening. I called a popular plumber and they arrived on January 2. Meanwhile i purchased very efficient space heaters.i wasn’t wild about the first estimate and Logan at Big Boy’s was recommended. They called Monday evening, showed up on Tuesday to assess the issue. Came back on Thursday and replaced the aged HVAC system. And the price was realistic. Service was exceptional. Cannot recommend them enough. A great team.

Jorge and Austin was very friendly. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, since this was my first time having my septic drained. Jorge answered all of my question with a smile and again explain how the septic system works. I would recommend them and the company. Of the four companies I called Stemmle was the only one that answered with a real human and set me up for the next day service. I highly recommend Stemmle Plumbing Repair. They came out to inspect sewer/septic issue on April 14, 2023 at home that my son & daughter in law were in process of purchasing. I want to especially mention a young man by the name of Aaron. I was so impressed with him. He explained everything and kept us all informed during their inspection. He was so professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Aaron and his team found the problem, explained issue and corrected issue. They are top notch! Thank you to Aaron and his team!

Carlton and Noah came same day, assessed the problem and gave a price before any work was started, so no surprises after work was completed. They went above and beyond in making sure it was done thoroughly and correctly and offered recommendations and advice to prevent future issues. Very professional!! Will definitely use them again! My wife and I were very pleased with Stemmle. On Saturday, December 23rd our sewage line backed up. With a party at our house scheduled for that evening, we were certainly panicked. We called Stemmle. Within 45 minutes (on Sat, Dec 23rd), Clint was at out house. He removed some roots, unclogged our line and made some recommendations. He saved the day. The following week he was back at our place for a video inspection. He cleared the remaining roots. The following week, we received a proposal from Chris to have a trenchless line put in. No one wants to spend a lot on this sort of repair. It's essentially burying money, but owning a home isn't always fun. Chris' crew came this week. They were fantastic. We were able to stay at our home, use water/toilets in the evenings and get on with our lives. Thanks so much. We appreciate your service and will always recommend you to others in the same situation.

I experienced an issue with septic back up within my crawl space and reached out to various local plumbing agencies, however, realized the lack of availability of professionals within my area. I contacted Stemmle Plumbing Repair, and all information that I requested was provided (i.e., price of services, and availability, etc.). Steve and Douglas were personable, professional, and helpful; and provided answers to all of my inquiries, and useful advice on maintaining the septic. I appreciated the education that they provided, and the few laughs that we shared. The military discount was beneficial as well!

The day of the appointment, I was scheduled between 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., and was depending on timeliness to have an alternate company come out and conduct mitigation on the crawl space. The one and only reason that I rate my experience as four stars is due the late arrival, which was after about an hour or two after 12:00 p.m., and I had to call to be informed that a truck was inoperable, therefore, my appointment would be completed at a later time.

Have lived in my house for over 2 years and have had 2 sewer back ups both have occurred after hours so I couldnt use my warranty 1400 dollars in snaking between the 2 roto rotor discovered a septic tank that was not disclosed in my closing agreement. I called stemmle plumbing to have the thing cleaned drained anything only to find out it would need to be converted to the city it was the best option every technician they sent to my residence pleasant,professional,honest, and just plan nice even when I wanted to be mad and sometimes I was it cost me alot of money. My only frustration was with the work foreman and lack of communication but we cleared the air and he is GREAT guy .I want to finish off by saying we knew we needed to reseed our yard when they finished because the whole thing was destroyed but we came home and guess what they did that for us to .... Thanks So Much

Jorge (George) and Austin were wonderful. They pumped our septic tank today. They arrived on time, were super friendly, and very helpful. Our septic tank is 3 ft. below the surface and not fun to dig up, yet they did it with a smile and a few jokes. I would recommend them to anyone. From start to finish their customer service and work was A-Plus! Thank you both!

Stemmle came to repair a root infested sewer pipe. They fixed the wrong spot in the pipe. When I asked them to come back to fix the correct spot they wanted to still charge me $395 hour. I explained the issue in detail but they did not take responsibility for their employee's error. Beware...take pictures and notes and make them sign off so you dont get screwed like me.

Jorge and Juan were an awesome team! They were both very personable and extremely thorough. In addition, Jorge told us tips on caring for our septic system and explained how our system works. I was impressed with both gentlemen in their proffesionalism and efficient work! Dianne

Jaquan, Daniel, and Josh were awesome! They came out and was able to fix the issue where our line was clogged. They were courteous and respectful and we would definitely use this company again!!

Such a wonderful company, Our septic pump went bad. Stemmle came out the same day and replaced pump and fix the problem. Austin had everything we needed in van. I can not thank them enough. Its nice to have a company with knowledge and great customer service.
