Excellent customer service. Lyle went above and beyond to diagnose and repair my heat pump. He was polite, professional, prompt and thorough. Lyle went the extra mile to make sure that when he left my system was functioning better than ever, and hit the estimate without going over despite some unexpected issues. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful. Our HVAC stopped heating and it was very chilly. We called and they had someone out to our home an hour later. They were very thorough and explained the process to us as they went along. Worth it for the experience and expertise.

Nick was the specialist that came out to my house to service my unit. He done an excellent job, my a/c is running better than ever before. I would recommend white glove plumber/heating and air to anyone.

Very professional and technician explains everything every time I deal with the company. However on the previous visit before the final visit, my problem was diagnosed incorrectly even though I explained the shower was providing cold water. They replaced a cartridge which did not resolve the problem, which resulted in me having to call them back. It was later determined that it was the shower head that was the problem. End up paying over $300, which included the dispatch fee both times. Just feels like I paid for a part that was not necessary because it didn't address my initial problem.

To my surprise management reached out to me via a phone call and discussed my use case and offered to remedy the situation. That is doing the right thing and taking accountability as a respectable company. I will continue to patronize the business for all my HVAC and plumbing needs in the future.

A waste of money. After they worked on the water heater for a leaking valve, the water heater never came back on. They were too happy to quote me for a new one. Hmmmm!
All I know is that before white gloves plumbing came out my water heater was working as it was inspected a few days prior and after they changed the valve it never came back on. You do the math. Either way I’m not satisfied with my experience with this company.

Great group. On time, follow through is great. Had a heat issue and I called on a Sat night around 8pm and my call was returned w/in 5 min. Nick called me back and advised what to do and he also followed up w/ me on Monday to make certain we were all good. Excellent customer service!

My mothers basement flooded and an entire wall of copper pipes needed to be updated. Rob performed an extremely thorough examination of the problem. He proved to be extremely knowledgeable and outshone the other plumbers that came to provide an estimate. I was provided a price point that matched only a patchwork with other plumbers. Ethan and Justin came on the workday, along with a gentleman whose name I cannot remember. All the young men were extremely courteous and knowledgeable and fixed our wall of Swiss-cheese pipes. Highly recommend this company.

We have called on White Glove several times and each time have received prompt service with technicians who are honest and knowledgeable. When our A/C went out on a hot summer weekend, they were at our house within a couple of hours and had us cooling off in no time. (NO we didn't need a new A/C unit-- they fixed the problem and saved us thousands of dollars!) When our hot water heater died, we called them and one was installed within hours. They are top-notch and yes, I will be calling them for my next plumbing, hot water heater or a/c unit need!

We’ve had white glove do work on our house a few times and they’ve always provided excellent service. If Justin happens to be the one to come, you’re in luck. He’s always so kind and makes sure to get you back in business no matter the problem. 100% recommend white glove for a/c heat or plumbing!

I called White Glove to help with a non-urgent plumbing problem under the sink and they said they could be there between 10am-12pm the very next morning. Ethan called me that morning to give me 25 min notice before he arrived. He arrived at 10:05am, kindly explained how he was going to fix the problem (I was curious) and was done by 10:30am. I couldn’t have asked for better service! Highly recommend!!!

White Glove Plumbing and Heating is HIGHLY recommended! We had an issue with our A/C unit which they were able to diagnose and fix the problem the same day. Nick and the HVAC team are AMAZING!!! These guys are so polite and courteous and went above and beyond to get our cooling system working again. Our crawl space is very tight and there’s not a lot of room under there to move around, yet they crawled the entire length of our house and even had to dig under a beam just to get to the other side and never showed any sort of frustration for having to do that. As long as this company is in business, we will forever be customers. We’ve now signed up with White Glove for our annual HVAC service. Its great to have a company that you can trust and treats you with the utmost respect and care. I can’t say enough about the outstanding service they provided.

Our plumbing was installed by C&L (parent company of White Glove). Everything is under warranty and and we had an issue with frozen condensation in our gas line. Robert from White Glove came out and took care of it within about an hour of our calling. He addressed the problem right away and explained the issue clearly. Wonderful service and exemplary employee that represents his company well!

It’s been a little while ago but I believe the name of the plumber that came by his name was Robert. And the service was great he helped us out a lot he really enjoyed his job and you could he was very knowledgeable .
He took time to explain different plumbing issues and ways we could fix the problems. The plumber also helped us order a part that was needed from a plumbing manufacturer with a big discount.
The lady at the office who helped me set the appointment was very friendly and professional as well.
Just a delight to interact with.
We have a couple of regular plumbing companies we always use and this company is definitely also going to be at the top of my list of plumbers to call when we have plumbing issues.

Excellent service. They replaced our old A/C with a heat pump, they installed an EV charging outlet, troubleshot some electrical issues and installed a gas range. Everything was done professionally and we have had great communication with their rep throughout. For the heat pump they added water leak detection systems and did good QC. They also replaced a Nest that was not cooperating with us, with a Honeywell thermostat. Thanks for all your efforts.

Came home from vacation to a clogged kitchen sink- was able to get a technician out in less than 24 hours - very polite, respectful and responsive!

The issue turned out to be bigger (due to our 96 year old house ) and their team devised a plan that worked for our family and we were able to get the issue resolved the right way!

We built a house about a year ago and since then we've had multiple HVAC and plumbing issues (on all brand new equipment). The company who initially installed the HVAC units and plumbing came out a few times to fix their mistakes, but shortly after one of the AC units wouldn't turn on. The company who installed it came out to do a diagnostic and said we needed a new thermostat (after only a year) and were going to charge me over $1,000 to fix it.

I called White Glove and they were at our house the same day. After performing a diagnostic they determined that the thermostat wasn't the issue. They fixed the problem and the HVAC system has been running perfectly ever since. The diagnostic that the other company had done was incorrect and they were going to overcharge me for something that wasn't even the problem. Fortunately, we called White Glove and they quickly fixed the problem. White Glove was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Nice to have someone doing the work who actually knows what they're doing.

I would recommend this company to anyone everytime they need a plumbing issue. I had an emergency over the weekend and they didn't hesitate to come out and help. Very polite friendly knowledgeable
