Stemmle just repaired my sewer line (root removal followed by liner installation), and I am very happy with the experience. I guess only time will tell how well it holds up, but everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional, and - most importantly - I got the sense that the whole crew was working hard to do the best job they could. They seemed highly competent, knowledgeable, and honest, and as a result, I'm feeling optimistic that the job was done well.

On a cold and rainy December night the Stemmle family came to the rescue. After 2 days without water at our house, with family members coming in town for Christmas, my wife inadvertently contacted a clearly inferior company to fix our water main leak. After 2 days of frustration I reached out to Tracey and John and they immediately had two techs Cameron Tingley and
Josh Bowen at my house within an hour and had our issue fixed correctly. Their professionalism, timeliness and knowledge was second to none. In the pouring rain, cold temperatures, at 8pm on a Friday night, they fixed our issue and left our yard looking like nothing had happened. I can’t say enough about the quality of this company and the people they have working for them. 5-Stars, I would recommend Stemmle to anyone and did at the Christmas party we were able to attend next door, all because of speed and quality of their work. Stemmle expertly replaced a sixty year old sewer line to our septic tank. It was a difficult job with hydro excavating, roots, and concrete needing to be removed. All the guys did a great job and everything was cleaned up very well when they were done. The Lead Technician Bennett was awesome! He thoroughly investigated the situation, explained everything, and worked really hard with the others to get the job done properly. I am very pleased with them and highly recommend them.

Brock was my service tech. He couldn’t have been nicer, polite and efficient.
He cleared a bathroom sick drain and had to snake 35’ in a Fan house to do it. He made sure to wipe everything clean before he left. High 5’s to Brock! Linda Foster

Stemmle has now been to my place of business twice in the last 6 months for 2 different issues, and I could not be more pleased. The first issue was a pumping of my grease trap, which had not been done in a few years. Cameron and Josh and their team were amazing - knowledgeable, polite and thorough. And then just last week, Steve was there with his co-worker and they installed 2 new gas ranges. Again, so very polite and thorough. I will continue to use Stemmle for any plumbing issue that my business has. Keep up the good work!

Our main line had backed up. I contacted Stemmle and had technicians at my house in less than an hour. Both the office and the technicians called to let me know their eta. Josh B and Garin were knowledgeable, patient with my questions, considerate of the mess they were making and made sure to clean up. They gave me ways to prevent this issue in the future. They were also very polite and friendly which is really awesome when someone is in your home. The pricing was reasonable and I received quotes prior to any work being done. I highly recommend Stemmle Plumbing!

5 service calls later and I am hoping my leak is finally resolved…I paid over $4,000 to have pipes replaced in my bathroom in addition to replacing of tub fixtures. First visit was to assess and provide a quote, second was to make said repairs. THREE visits later and it was finally discovered that there was a crack in one of the new PVC pipes installed. I’m a VERY reasonable person. But this was BEYOND frustrating as each time it was said to have been resolved, and a puddle would surface again. And again…Time was taken off of work THREE times more than expected. And all that was said yesterday was, “thanks for your patience”…People make mistakes. And things don’t always go as smoothly as one would hope, but I am grossly unhappy with the service.

Austin C is AMAZING! He listened well as I explained the issue and past approaches for tackling the job and began work promptly there after. Not only did he resolve the issue in record breaking time and with the most roots pulled to date, but when I requested he do one last snake through the drain for my assurance, he happily obliged. I have had the most positive experience with Stemmel overall for my plumbing needs, and Austin C was no exception to the great work they do.

Matt showed up right away and quickly detected the problem was HVAC related and not plumbing. Fast Response, Friendly Professional, Knowledgeable. Great customer service, great company.

Detected issues and allowed me to see and understand each one and what needed to be done. Did not push any extra unnecessary products or services, however did offer recommendations. Return visit to install septic tank riser and broken T inlet and replaced old iron elbow with PVC: Cameron and Justin showed up on time. Friendly, Professional, Knowledgeable. Thorough in explanation and work. Did not push any unnecessary products or services however did offer information about a check valve to prevent back up into the house. Cleaned up and raked site.
Honestly every one of these guys were good and seemed to really like their work and were happy to be here.

Ira and True were fantastic! They came out to assess a suspected leak under my house and within just a few hours, they had determined where the leak was, confirmed that it was limited to a certain area and no additional work was needed other than fixing the leak, they went and got the materials needed to fix the pipe, and completed the repair. All within 3 hours! I am very grateful for their professionalism and speedy fix of the problem, and the price was just right. I'm happy that there were no attempts to up-charge or have us do unnecessary work - Ira and True explained what needed done and answered all of my questions. I'd be happy to have them back. Great team!

I am a maintenance supervisor at an apartment complex in Scott’s Addition! We had Steven Batey and Zack Goins from Stemmle come out and replace a pressure valve in an apartment and they did a great job! They were respectable, fast, and clean! I could not have been more pleased with the great job they did. I got Steven’s name because I want to be sure I ask for him again the next time we need a plumbing repair! Stemmle is top notch.Javin and Cody came out on short notice to a main drain line backed up. They were able to diagnose and repair an issue that has been unresolved by past contractor after many visits .I’m greatful to have found my new plumber of choice as a manager of several properties.Javin and Cody worked diligently and were super nice, honest guys. Great experience with Kyle J and the Stemmle plumbing team. I unfortunately had the experience of a pipe freeze and burst underneath the house on a Sunday in my rental property. Called Stemmle Plumbing and Kyle showed up promptly, and fixed the issue. Great communication, sent me photos to keep me updated and answered all my questions. I won’t hesitate to ever call Kyle for any plumbing needs.

We needed an HVAC detective to uncover our "no air flow" problem. Enter Nick and Lyle, who found novel ways to test and view our duct work despite it being mostly sealed in our finished basement. Professionalism started with our first phone call and setting up an appointment window, to Nick calling back to narrow his arrival to a specific time that same day. Arrived in uniforms, offered to wear a mask and shoe covers, our discretion. The detective work was laborious, and they talked through multiple ideas as they narrowed down the ultimate problem. They spent time explaining our issue, educating us on our next steps (this built trust), and even communicated their findings on our behalf to a contractor who would help with a larger renovation. Professional, educated, focused, team oriented, customer centered.
