Michael came out and installed my new dishwasher after I attempted to do it myself and failed miserably! He was respectful, kind to my kiddos, and efficient! In under an hour, for a great price, I had a functional dishwasher ready to go! We will definitely be reaching out to Matrix Services again in the future!

In my noble quest for electrical enlightenment, I consulted the great oracle known as Google and happened upon this establishment. After perusing the reviews most of which seemed suspiciously positive I elected to take a chance.

Let me state, with great sincerity and mild disbelief, that I am thoroughly impressed with how things went!

The technician arrived, surveyed my electrical chaos, and within an astonishing three minutes declared the culprit with the confidence of seasoned detectives. A quote was provided, work commenced, and in approximately two hours the issue was resolved with such efficiency that I briefly considered knighting them.

I am highly satisfied with their services and shall, without hesitation, summon them again should my home decide to misbehave electrically in the future.

Great service! On time, flexible scheduling and professional. I had a punch list of items that needed a general contractor. I reached out to Matrix Services. Michael reviewed the scope and quoted me a very fair price. When completed, he walked me through the job scope to make sure it was all completed to my liking. Recommend!

I had a new 2 - Stage HVAC Dual Fuel System installed by Mark Blankenship and when my Hot Water went bad, I called Mark.

Again he was straight forward, installed it when he said they would - The installation looks great, I have hot water and at a very reasonable price for all the work they did.

Its nice to find a company and an owner like Mark of such high integrity, who's employees do excellent work.

I would highly recommend them.

I would strongly caution anyone from using Blankenship Mechanical. The owner, Mark, not only lied to me about the cause of an HVAC issue but also attempted to shift the blame onto my family without conclusive evidence. The attached photo shows the service report where it states the issue was due to a faulty blower motor in the air handler. Despite this, Mark falsely claimed that the damage was due to a dirty filter, directly blaming my family for improper maintenance.

To make matters worse, my landlord accidentally included their private conversation in our lease renewal, exposing Mark’s dishonest behavior. This proves that he tried to throw my family under the bus and then denied doing so when confronted.

Honesty and integrity are essential in this business, and Blankenship Mechanical has shown neither. I will not be using them again and advise others to avoid them at all costs.

Edit to Add:
I am glad the owner, Mark decided to comment on my bad review further exposing his poor costumer service attitude. He only feels obligated to who is paying him and not the tenants, telling. I am glad you feel no obligation to the families inside the dwellings you maintain. Additionally, for a filter to break the heat pump, the filter would have to be filthy from extreme dust or dander. My family has no pets and “the grill” being dirty is not evidence of breaking the pump. I am not an HVAC technician, but I am trained in mechanical engineering and can confidently state that the probability of my family breaking the pumps is less than 10 %. He most likely installed a faulty part, since we speculate around here. Sorry I do not scrub my filter grill religiously each week, Mark.

Avoid this quack

The funny part is, Mark has no idea in reality why the pump broke. Mark did not do troubleshooting and find the source. He found it convenient to blame my family. His own technician, Mike, explained it was probably a bad pump.

I was in need of a major AC repair. I got three quotes and found Mark’s to be the most reasonable. He was fast, accurate, and reliable. Time will tell if the repair will hold, but I liked Mark and thought he was honest and fair.

Mark Blankenship is very knowledgeable. He is skilled at diagnosing problems. He takes time to thoroughly explain what the problem is. He goes the extra mile to see that work is done correctly. He is dependable, honest, thorough,
A good communicator, and excellent diagnostician.

The entire experience was flawless from calling the office and setting the appointment to getting my invoice. I called to get my indoor and outdoor units serviced and cleaned. They told me that some of the services I requested were not needed. Some other company would’ve easily charge me. They’re extremely knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, HONEST. If you’re looking for a locally owned HVAC company this is it!

The team was extremely thorough during the service call. They identified small issues and cleaned them up as part of the service call such as access to a drain clean out. I highly recommend them. We also had them service a heat issue with our board the price was fair and they got out quickly.

Our ac went out on one of the hottest weeks of the year. Called the company that installed it as it was only 8 years old- would not even put me on the list with no service contract. Had another company come out, diagnosed as a leak in the coil, quoted close to 4k which seemed a bit high especially as the coil was still under Carrier warranty.
My neighbors had great experience with Blankenship so I called them. I cannot say enough about Jill. As busy as they were she took the time to answer my questions and even called me back after checking the serial numbers and verifying the warranty. She gave me a ballpark price just about half of the other company. Mike came out and verified it was a bad coil then returned a couple of days later (on one of the hottest days of the year) and changed it. No issues since.
A great trustworthy company with fair pricing, I highly recommend them.

If there were 10 stars as an option, I would gladly give Savannah with Blankenship HVAC all that and more!! What a delightful, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient technician she is! She took care of the servicing of my systems in an extremely timely manner and explained everything she did so that I, an “older, inexperienced lady”, could easily understand. If she could clone herself and become a service person for every working item or system in my house, I would gladly sign her up.

This was my first experience with Blankenship and I will be sticking with them forever, especially, if I get get Savannah here every time‼️
