HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE. Rating system forces us to give ProClean One Star. They don't even deserve that. Rick Bish was our ProClean Rep overseeing an insurance claim in our bathroom. He was unprofessional, unprepared, unreliable. Based on our experiences with Rick Bish, I would bar the door if ProClean arrives to "help."

Highly recommend this company! Got two area rugs cleaned and they look great. Everyone there greets you with a huge smile on their face & answers the phone ready to help.

We LOVE Billy and his whole team at Pro Clean. They knowledgeable, quick & responsive. On top of all of that, they CARE. Their customer service is top tier.

Had them clean my house up after hurricane Matthew in 2016. Came in every now and again to my own house to find half eaten apples, moldy mozzarella sticks from wawa on the floor and personal nasty things all over the place.. Extremely poor paint. I dealt with Kevin many years ago and am still unhappy with the way my walls look and how unprofessional the entire team was. Would NOT recommend

When ever I get my carpets cleaned I always use Proclean. They are a nice locally owned business that does a great job in a timely fashion. If there ever is a problem, the owner will do what ever it takes to make it right.

Billy and his team were professional, reliable and honest. I highly recommend Pro Clean. They came out and cleaned my air handler when I suspected mold growth. Very knowledgable staff. I appreciated their honest, "no-hard-sell" approach.

Received the usual professional service getting my carpets cleaned today. Keith and Ricky did a great job and my house smells so good. The pattern back and forth on my carpet is amazing....looks like a machine did it not a human.

From my experience I highly recommend Pro Clean! They arrived on time and the price was good. They were also very professional, courteous and left my house as I would leave it...neat and clean!

I can NOT say enough wonderful things about this company. They are extremely knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. They care very much about their workmanship and quality. My house smells amazingly fresh. I turned to Pro Clean after a Groupon purchase went bad from another company. I was skeptical due to what had just happened from the other person. However after having Pro Clean at my home.. they have my business forever! I will say I've spent many years in the cleaning industry, had my own cleaning business, worked in apartment complexes and I know clean. Again Thanks guys! You are AMAZING!!!
