My wife and I enjoyed working with Mr Wahi in the selection of a new carpet for our house. He was especially helpful with color ideas and suggestions about what would look nice in our space. Great personality also! . It’s very evident that Mr Wahi enjoys his work and he's good at it!

Duke Brothers came out including my carpets. They called ahead of time notified me of their arrival. Did an expert job cleaning my carpets which made my wife happy and we all know what that means. They completed the job and left no mess. My carpets look great. My only recommendation would be to leave a refrigerator magnet behind.

It is my first time bringing rugs in to be cleaned, but Duke Brothers did a beautiful job! They were helpful getting the rugs out of the car, they asked whether I wanted treatments like deodorizing, my rugs were ready quickly, and the price was very reasonable. My rugs are now dust-free and, because I didn’t want any scent at all, they simply smell just clean. My rugs are small but I believe they also offer pick up and delivery.

Duke Brothers did a great job on my silk and wool rug. Our dog had peed on it for years and I’m amazed at how there is no smell after they cleaned it. They came to my house and picked it up and delivered it once it was cleaned. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We had our living room rug and two runners cleaned by Duke Brothers. This is our second time having them done and they look so much better. They take the rugs out to clean them and bring them back. It takes time but it’s worth the wait. Also, they check the pads to be sure they’re still good. I’ll be making an appointment soon to have our chairs and couch cleaned here at home. I highly recommend Duke Brothers for any rug or upholstery cleaning.

The 10 year old rug was filthy when they picked it up and looked and felt new upon the return. The price was reasonable. Very happy with the outcome. I'll just have them clean the rug every two years. For the money, it is worth it.

I am very picky when it comes to my rug. Duke Brothers exceeded my expectations. They did a wonderful job cleaning my wool rug and they also got rid of the decaying fringes and it looks great. The rug doesn't smell like chemicals or perfume which is also important to me. In the 30 years owning this rug, this is the best cleaning and service so far. They are definitely my "go to" for all my carpet and rug cleaning needs.

We have several oriental area carpets but were nervous to have them cleaned. Since moving to VA Beach a few years ago, we had to be brave and do a google search for a company who could provide excellent service, and more importantly help us feel confident our rugs would be handled appropriately. We called Duke Brothers and are very glad we did. Two of the rugs are more than 50 years old. The rugs came back sparkling clean and like new. Even our cheaper mail order carpets look terrific! They did a great job cleaning and deodorizing our Turkish carpets. These guys are thorough and really know how to get the best results. Our carpets were in daily use for 14 years and the colors are still vibrant after cleaning. They know the difference between the various weaves and materials and do each one right. These carpets are priceless and part of our family so the price of maintenance is well worth it. Try them out! 😁

I have an old wool oriental rug I got at an estate sale and wanted to get it cleaned thoroughly. It was very easy to set up the appointment on the website, and I was able to schedule pickup for a couple days from then. The day of the appt the tech called to let me know they were on the way and that process went very smoothly. I mentioned getting a quote to repair the fairly damaged tassels and they offered that removing them was also an option, which is what I went with, since it’s in a high traffic area and they always end up tangled and getting stuck in the vacuum anyway. Got the rug back 3 weeks later looking great. Would recommend them to anyone.

We have a senior dog who has bladders problems. Duke Brothers came out to clean the the carpet. It looked brand new with no odor or stain. Attention to detail and very professional. I highly recommend them for whatever your floors need.

We bought a rug off of FB marketplace and it needed a thorough cleaning and deoderizing. Duke Brothers did a magnificent job. They got out all the dirt and the cigar smoke. It looks like a new rug. I also received excellent information on what kind of rug it is. I could not recommend them any more highly.
