The women were very nice and they did a fair job on the obvious parts but by no means great, or even good. Cobwebs and dust still in the corners of the ceilings, extremely visible dirt and spots on closet doors, dirt and dust and old spills around the baseboards, especially the stairs... The house was empty. There was no furniture in the way of anything or furniture that needed to be cleaned or dusted...just the house itself needed a good cleaning, particularly the walls because I had planned to paint which I told them when I called to schedule the appointment. I specifically said one of the main things was getting the dust and dirt off the walls and ceilings, the areas around the vents were particularly grungy, so that I could paint...spiderwebs, dust, and dirt still there. I had never used their service before, simply found them online and chose to go with them because I make it a point to try and support small businesses and minority owned businesses. I really wish the results had been better. A friend of mine knew I was hiring a service and wanted my opinion on their work since she is looking to hire a cleaning service. Sadly, I can't recommend them. The ladies are absolutely the sweetest and stayed working the entire time they were there but, unfortunately, I didn't get what I asked for.

This week they came to clean two of my units. I was disappointed in the downstairs unit they only spent 30 minutes which surprised me because the guests had left it very messy. I don’t think they gave it a thorough cleaning. I called their attention to the fact that they didn’t spend much time so when they did the second unit they did spend more time and did a better job. I had to go back In the first unit and redo several things like the kitchen countertops, the stove top, wiping all of the kitchen chairs, and the corners in the kitchen floor were full of dirt.

The house smelled so clean! My home just felt so much fresher than it had in a long time

Poor service- I paid for 4 hours and they left after 2.5hrs. They damaged my walls and created a dent in my wall and tried to use my paint to fill the dent then lied to me. I reached out to management to notify them and they did nothing to help. Took my money and ran

Limpio house cleaning is the best house cleaning service period. Ive been using them for almost 5 years and every time they amaze me. They bring new back to your house and that is the gosl of homeowners when selecting a service. The only issue I have ever had is that sometimes They are in such high demand that I have to wait a couple of days for an appointment but it is well worth the wait. Ellos también habla espanol.

Today I texted at about 11am because I just wanted to relax. I received a response in about 20 minutes saying I can be fitted into their schedule later today . I have used them about a dozen times and I am never disappointed. They do an outstanding job & I am never disappointed (seriously). So if you've been thinking about who to choose Choose Limpio .

Recommended by a friend. The first clean was acceptable. We have had to request several re-cleans. After the last cleaning (where they skipped cleaning one full room and did not clean mirrors and did a shoddy job on the floors) I requested a re-clean and did not receive a response. Do not waste your money on this company. I recommend Maid Pro or Molly Maids.

I have never used a cleaning service before. However, my rental management company requires me to clean the house before moving out professionally. I found Limpio House Cleaning, and I am so satisfied with their cleaning and professionalism that I will be a returning customer. Payment was easy through e-mail or app.

Absolutely wonderful service. They showed up during the given window of time, did a thorough job of cleaning all the dust and paint residue from every surface, they even opened and cleaned inside every drawer and cabinet! Would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

Clean clean clean. I’ve been through several companies and individuals, Limpio was the one that beat the rest hands down! And if you want things done a certain way, they get it the first time and continue to do. Update: I’ve used them now for 2 years. We always ask for the same lead person. (We have 2-3 a time as it is a big house. I’d be lost without them. Great relationship. Very trustworthy!! Honest!

Limpio House Cleaning advertised a special price for deep cleaning services in Ghent Living. From the moment I called until they left my home, the staff was extremely friendly and communicated very well (despite some language gaps). The cleaning crew showed up on time and did an EXCELLENT job. We initially reserved 8 hours for deep cleaning for a large 3 story home. The crew cleaned my entire home to my satisfaction and was able to complete the job in 7 hours. I will definitely use their services in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

I had a cleaning scheduled on 11/22 for my home to be cleaned. The cleaners arrived and did a POOR job.

First, I had to re clean all of my bathrooms. I had bought a new piece of furniture the night before, so it was still dusty. The table was still dusty, along with other pieces of furniture when they “cleaned.” They cleaned around my area rugs. The job was “done” in such a haste.

I expressed my concerns with the owner as I’ve used their services before and she seemed apologetic, said she would talk to the cleaners and said she would send a new crew to clean my residence again.

We agreed upon a date and time and no one showed up. No call or text. She didn’t even answer the phones when I called.

So, if you’re looking for a company that cleans THOROUGHLY- DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

If you’re looking to re clean your entire house after you’ve paid for cleaners then they would be the company for you. It’s guaranteed that they will rush and do a subpar job. Waste of time and money!

I have been using Limpio House Cleaning for a couple of years now. They are the only cleaning service I trust. These ladies always leave my home spotless and immaculate and they do it at a reasonable price. They bring all the cleaning supplies so I save some money not having to buy my own. I have never had any problems and I always recommend them when people ask. If I ever need to reschedule, they are extremely flexible and work around my schedule. Do yourself a favor and give them a call now. You will not be disappointed!

Update 11-3-2020: Service has detonated since our last interaction with the company. First, we highly recommend the company to a friend who was looking for post-move house cleaning; she had numerous issues with the company that I will not get into as I am getting the information as a 3rd party; I am sure she will post her review of the incident shortly. My recent experience was cleaning on the 30th of October and was overall disappointed in the final product and the damage to our entertainment center. It appears that the cleaning crew broke off the support bracket under the entertainment center and pushed it back to the wall. When I contacted the company, they reported back: “Good morning, I asked the crew and show them the picture that you send they said they haven't damaged any thing in your house and don't remember seeing anything broken there.”

I doubt I would have noticed it right away if it was not for my daughter, who looked under the entertainment center to get my dogs ball and instead pulled out the support leg, which prompted my wife to say, “that must have been what all the noise was downstairs when the cleaning crew was here.”

I am not looking for any compensation from the company for the damages; an acknowledgment would have sufficed. Sadly, based on our own experience and the experience with our friend, we will be terminating our relationship with Limpio House cleaning that goes back roughly seven years.

Update 12-3-2019: clears the company and they were very helpful. They sent different crew and gave us two hours of cleaning for free. The new crew did a great job.

I have used them previously with good results. Today they came late (the original time window was 12-2, they got to the house at 3) and did a very poor job to say the least. Windows were not cleaned, one toilet was not scrubbed, dust everywhere and streak marks on the floor. Very disappointed, I will definitely not be using them or recommending them again.

EDIT: Per their request, I reached out to them following this review. I was happy to hear they wanted to rectify the previous situation and while the woman on the phone was pleasant and apologetic, when the cleaners came back their work was indicative of my initial review. Somehow they finished the job early & the dishes they cleaned still had food stains on them. "Washed" coffee cups still had dried coffee marks on the inside of them. They didn't even vacuum the upstairs bedrooms. Very disappointing.

INITIAL REVIEW:
I've used Limpio Cleaning Services twice. The first time, the two women did a phenomenal job. They cleaned baseboards, windowsills, cleaned out our fridge, etc. and we ended up giving them a huge tip because of their work. The second time was last week and a different set of women came and cleaned while my husband worked from home. Somehow they ended up breaking NEW dishes, had to be prompted more than once to wipe down surface areas because they "forgot", and did not wipe the windowsills. We paid for a 4 hour service but they left within 2.5 hours and parts of the house were still unsatisfactory. Unfortunately my husband couldn't check their work because he was on a ZOOM call when they were leaving so I feel kind of cheated out of our money because I had to follow up AFTER a cleaning service. So I say all that to say unless you can request certain people or have the time to constantly check their work, I'd say check elsewhere.

The 2 ladies from Limpio cleaning who cleaned my house are excellent. Very thorough with attention to detail. Their office is very responsive and easy to schedule. I now use Limpio for bi weekly cleanings. Highly recommend.

Limpio really came to our rescue with a thorough, deep-cleaning in a very challenging apartment. The women were diligent and detail oriented beyond my expectations.
