They are simply the best. They take the extra time and effort to get the rug perfect. They are very knowledgeable and willing to explain the process and answer questions. Would not take my rugs anywhere else!

Duke Brothers cleaned our silk rug and did an excellent job at a very affordable price. They were able to remove pet stains and odors which were our main concern. I highly recommend Duke Brothers for your rug cleaning.

The technician charged me $65 extra to clean the rug on top of the carpet. I don't think that's right since he would have had to clean that 8x10 area anyway if the rug wasn't there. I feel like I've been scammed out of $65. The actual work was fine except for being overcharged.

Great service! I called about cleaning my 10' x 12' antique oriental. They were picking up at several locations the next day so perfect timing. Professional communication, answered all my questions, returned on time and put in place. Moved furniture at pickup and upon delivery. Will use again! Nice to have a clean, bright rug again.

We had 6 rugs cleaned by Duke Brothers. The cost was reasonable and they did an excellent job taking care of my rugs. The owner was so knowledgeable and spent extra time educating us on proper care and storage. They even provided free pick up and drop off.

I would recommend Duke Brothers 110 percent. They picked up my rug, did an excellent job cleaning it, and delivered it to my daughter for her first house. This was my grandfather’s rug and I wanted a business to take great care of it. It looked almost new for a 100-plus-year-old rug! I even get a thank you card from them. Who does that in this age? Thank you to Duke Brothers, especially Barry Duke, for being the best!

I was able to purchase a new pad for my much loved wool rug, very reasonably priced. They cleaned and sanitized my rugs which was very important since I had recently lost a beloved pet who had several accidents soiling the rugs. I recommend them HIGHLY!

Duke Bros cleaned my light yellow sectional that had lots of spots. Quentin did a great job and the sofa looks great! I highly recommend them.
