Used Limpio services for the first time, so sharing real experience so that other customers don’t suffer. First of all it’s very difficult to reach someone at the number provided. I got to speak with Brenda and asked the charges for cleaning services. I did ask her specifically if the cleaning services are hourly based and she stated no, the team cleans till the house is completely clean, but that wasn’t the case. Also she sent cleaning list . This group sent some contractors who told me later that they can’t clean beyond 4 hrs. Lamps were not dusted, ceiling fans were not dusted, cleaning service ladies didn’t clean one of the rooms, kitchen upper cabinets weren’t cleaned and had grease. I sent the images of everything to Brenda and the response was very formal, apologies and go ahead and Deduct $10 for the room ladies missed to clean. I was like really??. So basically the cleaning list this company shared, her team cleaning crew didn’t completely adhere to it. I was still trying to be understanding of the situation and told Brenda via msg to have all this clean during next cleaning service, to which there was no response. My other frenz who wanted to use services told, nobody answers the call and also no call backs after leaving several voice msgs. Hope this review helps new customers to make better choice when looking for cleaning services. Would not recommend Limpio cleaning services to anyone.

Overall cleaning was fine. However places on the floor in the living room where food had been spilled was not cleaned

Terrific service! They clean much more than ordinary cleaners. They really go out of their way. The manager is usually only a phone call away, if necessary.

After years as a loyal customer, I’m extremely disappointed and honestly SAD. The cleaners used an incorrect dilution of Murphy’s Oil Soap on my hardwood floors, leaving a waxy, dull, sticky film that shows footprints in every room, AND took away the shine of my floors.
I have tried multiple cleaning products and methods, including BONA, hot water with dish soap, and even a steam mop...nothing has removed the residue left from them.
I reached out and so did my husband addressing the issue and the mistake, but no refund, no offer to fix the problem, and no accountability was offered. They told me to BUY A BONA MOP...SO THEIR CLEANERS could use it next cleaning....im sorry what???
I cannot recommend this company even after years of having them clean, this really broke my loyalty to them. My advice is to ask detailed questions before you let them clean your hardwood floors.
My floors are still sticky, tacky and has a film I will have to pay a professional floor cleaner to come and resolve it.

The team at Limpio House Cleaning was able to clean my home within a couple of days of contacting them. They did a PHENOMENAL job, and I am not easily impressed. I highly recommend them for any job. They truly exceeded my expectations.
