Duke Brothers did a fantastic job cleaning our Asian rug. It was previously located in our family room and needed a thorough cleaning. The fringe was damaged so badly from errant vacuuming that I opted for removal. Duke Brothers sealed the ends so professionally, it looks as if it was made that way. We'll use Duke Brothers for all of our Asian rug needs. Great company, great people!

We've been using Duke Brothers for a few years. We're lucky enough to have many Persian rugs via my Armenian grandfather who was an oriental rug dealer. I have to be careful where I go to get them cleaned b/c I want to be confident that they'll treat the rugs as they need to be treated. Duke Bros fits that bill. Their professionalism and service will keep us coming back when we need the rugs cleaned.

Duke Brothers have repaired and cleaned a few of my oriental carpets over the last couple of months. Their work is very commendable and thorough. I was very pleased to have my carpets back in good shape and clean.

We have an area rug that needed to be cleaned. Duke Brothers sent their tech out to give us an estimate and offered to take the area carpet with him. We agreed and the estimated time was 2 weeks. The work on cleaning was done in record time, a week, and was returned and installed in its original location. It was an excellent job. The staff at Duke Brothers were friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend them!

When ruptured pipes caused the ceiling to collapse in my father's apartment, he was heart broken to think that the oriental rugs he had lived with for years were ruined. I contacted Duke Brothers and was pleased to be able to drop two rugs off immediately and have a third picked up; when repairs to the apartment were complete, Duke Brothers delivered all three rugs, thoroughly cleaned and deodorized and without a trace of their sad former condition. Throughout the process, every member of the staff--from Chelsie in the office to Duke and Barry at the loading dock to Quentin behind the wheel of the truck--were a delight to work with. They were helpful, transparent, and responsive, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Duke Brothers was exceptional to work with. I got several quotes and picked their quote for my two beautiful rugs. They confirmed everything by phone, let me know when they would pick the rugs up and were timely and exceptionally polite. The return delivery was exceptional as well with a very quick turn around. All in all, it was a great experience and we are so glad we went with Duke! Thank you for the great service!

They really do a great job. They have cleaned our house twice now and we have been pleased both times. Prices are reasonable in my opinion

I made an appointment with the company. They provided me with a 2 hour window in which they would show up. I called (it rang and rang) close to that 2 hour mark because they hadn't shown up. I left a message and called back 30 mins after the 2 hour mark and they had turned the phone off. These people should not get any business. Call someone else.

Be very careful with your possessions. Not all the cleaners are honest. The owner niece stole jewelry. It was not in plain sight so she had to be searching. Since it is a team of two you can’t watch them both all the time.

First time using this company and they did a great job! I used to clean houses myself and am probably a tough customer, but I am very impressed! Will definitely use them again.

Showed up late I left to pickup my dog and they left. I paid for 4 hour clean. They arrived at 3 PM and we’re gone when I returned at 5 PM. I called to complain and now over a week later no call back Did now clean under items. Very disappointed they seemed to have a hard time understanding what I said. Very disappointed

They did an outstanding job on cleaning the rooms I needed cleaned. They were very thorough. I was very satisfied with their cleaning service. I would recommend them to anyone. I used their service because they recommended to me by a friend.

The cleaners were late despite the fact that I had made the appointment nearly a month before. Additionally, for what I paid $189.00, for a "moving clean," I was very disappointed in the results. The fan blades were not touched, there was dirt still left on the floor, and the representative I spoke with acted like it was my fault that they did not have me on the schedule, despite the fact that I had made the appointment nearly a month ago.

I called Limpio House on a Thursday for a Monday cleaning. I had a four bedroom house move out clean and they did it for an incredible price! There was confusion on the address but they called me the morning of the cleaning to verify. I went to check on the house that afternoon and it was spotless! Kitchen was immaculate, floors were swept and mopped, carpet was vacuumed; they even cleaned all the windows and blinds. I knew asking them if they did walls was a long shot but they were wiling to get what they could, which was very generous of them.They were nice enough to collect the items i had forgotten and placed them in a neat pile by the door. Definitely recommend you give them a call for any cleaning.

In the past this has been hands down the most thorough company. Today the cleaners were finished in less then two hours and my kitchen floor was not mopped. Not the same service I have experienced many times before. They did squeeze me in last minute.

Professional, reliable and reasonably priced. They do a wonderful job, particularly on the bathrooms and floors. Not always the same “team” but I have been happy with everyone who has been here.
