I think this is a great store with superior customer service. They did a fabulous job of cleaning my hand loomed room-sized rugs that I purchased overseas. They offer pick up and delivery, as well as helping with rug placement. They also will make custom-cut rug pads for your rugs at a reasonable price. When shopping there, they have a huge selection and there is no pressure to buy. I am a very satisfied customer and enjoy supporting a local family owned business.

Mr Wahi was so knowledgeable and patient with us. He made some great suggestions and narrowed our choices. You can not beat the service he provided. He delivered several rugs for us to review in our room and we were able to make a selection same day. He brought the rugs to our home and arranged in the space saving us the problem of multiple trips to and from the store. He and his staff were most polite and accommodating. It was a great pleasure working with him. He has a large inventory and beautiful quality rugs at reasonable prices.

Wahi rugs is the best in the tidewater area for rug cleaning. The owners are very nice and welcoming. They have helped me multiple times with pet stains. I thought my rugs were ruined by my dogs, but they were able to make them look brand new. They delivered the clean rugs back to my home which was huge help. I highly recommend Wahi. I recently had the good fortune of finding Wahi Carpets through Google reviews. I had two Persian rugs which needed to be cleaned and repaired and wanted someone who had experience with these types of carpets. The owner of Wahi came out within 24 hours, evaluated the rugs, provided me helpful insight into the value of the rugs, what repairs would be appropriate or not given the value and picked them up to be cleaned. I was so impressed by his knowledge and insights not to mention he was more inclined to talk me out of unnecessary repairs that my husband and I drove out to the store the same day to see about purchasing two more rugs for our home. Which we did. Mr Wahi and his team came out to our home in a snow storm on their day off to bring by several rugs to try in our space. Success!
