My yard always looks amazing and I get tons of compliments from my neighbors. A special shout out to Mr. Harris and the crew for such a great job. I appreciate the great customer service, attention to detail. Always ready available and assist with all my needs , even if it’s outside of his normal duties , if they can help they certainly will. I truly believe their aren’t any better lawn care technicians than these guys . THANKS 😊

My backyard was a mess!! It had overgrown trees coming through my neighbor’s privacy fence. There was ivy, weeds and old tree stumps growing all along my chain link fence. But Green Pastures Landscaping came and cleaned all that up in one afternoon. Now my backyard looks great. Would highly
recommend them. They are very professional and knowledgeable.

Green Pasture Landscaping LLC been doing business with my next door neighbor. My neighbors requested Green Pasture Landscaping to cut a tree down that’s been beating on between our house during storms and windy days. The tree was in a very tight spot but they got it done with no problems. One of the workers I had communicated with through my door cam due to not being home asking if he could enter my back yard to get limbs that was leaning over the fence he was polite dude. I came home ask another worker how much it be to cut 2 trees down in my front yard, he said he’ll get back to me whenever the business manager gets back to the site but he gave me his contact I might of dialed wrong, but business manager still came to my door to ask for an me a price, didn’t know how much I could offer for 2 trees. But he gave me a price I liked and scheduled 2 weeks out. 2 weeks later they came through got to work when I wasn’t home and got done when I got home. Business manager was very patient when I was figuring how to provide a payment to him and then I realized I shorted him what he offered. Him and his crew did what I wanted done and they got it done.

Harris responded to communication, provided photos, and receipts promptly. He and his team came out the day after I contacted them. They were efficient and did a great job cleaning up my client’s yard. I would definitely recommend them!

I hired Mr. Harris to take out a row of hollies and plant another shrub there. He showed up when he said he would - and he had bought some metal edging I asked him to pick up. There were 8 to 10 hollies in front of our house - maybe about 2 to 3 feet high - he got them all up and tilled in some compost and perlite I had bought. I bought the replacement shrubs too - but he planted them and put down mulch afterwards. All done in about half the day. The front bed looks nice. I found Mr. Harris to be a very polite young man - he had a coworker with him - he was just as nice and polite too. I would hire Mr. Harris again

This company did a great job on our yard. It looks 100 times better than before they did the work. I reached out for a quote and they quickly responded and set up a time with me for the following day. Shortly after that they got the estimate to me. Once we decided to move forward with the work they got us on the schedule within a few days. I am very happy with all of the services they provided for us and would recommend them to anyone needing yard work done.

Mr. Harris and his crew were not only thorough with the massive cleanup needed for the neglected yard of our new home, they were a delight to interact with. I saw one reviewer use the words "professionalism and warmth", which is a SPOT ON description. I wish all home care companies were like Green Pastures Landscaping. They are an absolute pleasure to work with.

Green Pastures Landscaping did a great job in removing an overgrowth of vines and weeds in my backyard. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional and went the extra mile in cleaning up my yard. Other landscaping companies refused the work or didn't show. Green Pastures took on a difficult job and did it well. I would use them again if given the opportunity.

I called Green Pastures at the last minute to schedule lawn service, not only did he fit me in, but my lawn was professionally executed!! Great service! My lawn looks so good for a family cookout.

Great company! This company communicates well and is very on the ball! I help manage a few properties in Norfolk that they recently serviced. The tenants are saying they did an amazing job and that it looks like they’re enjoying the work they do! You can tell they pride themselves on a job well done. They are efficient and very qualified! Always dependable, consistent, and professional. The Boss and the guys on the crew are always so nice and polite. I'm always happy to see them pull up to my yard. They have been doing my lawn for years now and I picked them randomly off of Google. One of the best decisions I've made in regards to my home.

My lawn guy just stopped coming out of nowhere and this company came in and saved the day. They took care of the over growth as well as clearing out all flower beds and treating my driveway. 10/10 would recommend.

09.03.2022 - ABSOLUTELY STELLAR WORK!!!! they were extremely professional & on time. We needed edging, trimming, and mowing service done on the lawn. They delivered an amazing result. I would recommend them to anyone & will definitely be using their service again!

Great team. Professional and high quality service. Had lots of overgrown shrubs, trees and tons of leaves. They took care of everything and did a fantastic job with clean up afterwards. Will definitely use them again!

I feel ripped off from the service of this company. I was charged $1000.00 for incomplete work. Sand was only placed on one portion of property not even blended with the rest of the sand to look finished. Grass was not removed properly. When I responded that this is not how the lawn should look, I was met with attitude, not even an apology. I was informed that it would be fixed and they would return to the property, they didn’t. Landscaper never went back to the property to complete the work. This job still looks unfinished, I would expect follow up to assure happiness in service.

In this age of reviews, consumers must be wise and consider the following indicators before providing a review for lawn care services:
1. Time: response to requests, service execution/service recovery, etc.
2. Consistency
3. Quality

Keep in mind, a "review" is like a tip. If the company is asking for a review, then you need to consider the above indicators before moving forward, especially for lawn care services.
The commitment to quality faltered only after 4 service calls. Understanding that we had alot of rain, the service provided wasn't proactive in their approach to keep their contractural commitment. In light of the weather I expected that they would communicate their intent, but instead they made promises to show up and failed to keep their word; and I had to initiative contact to get updates. Even after a few attempts to reschedule he wasn't honest enough to admit that he wasn't able to provide the services. In every instance, I had to reach out for updates. Instead of providing options for service recovery, I was given excuses; which the customer should not be privy to. The weather was indeed a hinderance, but I've worked with service providers in the past and they managed to meet service expectations, despite the weather. At some point, a serviceperson did show up, but failed to complete the job (see photos). To boot, I again, had to reach out to the company to ask for explanation of why my yard was left like this ...overnight...not completed. This isn't how business is done. I'm sorry.

I regret that I am unable to continue supporting this business.

You couldn’t wait to leave a negative review on the company this is so sad how bad our community is set up.. you said I did a great job the first cut and I asked you to leave a review you said no to that .. you couldn’t wait until something went wrong could you could try to destroy my reputation . I wish I took before pictures the show the amazing transformation! They were very professional and efficient even in the 100 degree weather we’ve been having. They picked all the weeds, re mulched, edged the lawn, and trimmed the trees and bushes. It was the refresh it truly needed! We had a quote from another company, but they weren’t able to do the work until October. Green Pastures Landscaping got us on their schedule within the week! Thank you!
