Great service, fast work. Attention to detail, and followed request on demand. Was available ASAP for appointments, and showed up ready and prepared to work.

I called and explained that this is my son's property. He was willing to go look and get back to me with an estimate. I was expecting to be hit with a high price and yet was surprised that it was reasonable. Agreed to meet on Saturday morning at the property. I was late as usual, but they were unloading the truck as I arrived.
I signed the contract just to surprise them with a deal to do until the end of September (surprise to them). I couldn't beat their price quote. The mowed front and back cleaned up cut grass. They even got a surprise visit from neighbors, German Shepard (still so sorry for that). I couldn't believe the great job they did and quickness too.
Highly recommend them to anyone in the Norfolk area who's looking.

These guys showed up this morning on time. They actually had to wait a bit for me to get up and unlock things (my bad, overslept). The yard looks amazing, honestly fantastic work, and done faster than expected. The prices were fair and cheaper than i found with other lawn care services in the area. Everyone was polite and professional and attentive. They listened to all of our concerns. Avoiding areas we wanted left alone and taking care not to damage any of our plants. I now have a standing contract with them for the rest of the year and will probably renew for next year.

I needed a company who could be able to mow and yard asap. I had gotten behind for a portion of this summer and my yard had a lot of overgrown grass, bushes, weeds, etc and it was time to get my yard the needed TLC. Green Pastures came to the rescue! I met Acquael, and I could tell immediately he truly cares for his customers and to serve his clients! Not only did he provide more value than the price, he also was able to add me into service SAME DAY! I’d recommend him to all in the 757, so please tell your neighbors friends and family that he is legit! Before and after photos attached.

Lost screws to my dinning table, my drill never made it to the destination, few appliances dented .

BAD company, ridiculously unprofessional! No wonder they changed the name from 'New Bell' so people think this is some fancy new firm. My international movers made me use these guys for the local move/s, and I am very unhappy. Lost and/or damaged a LOT of items, workers might be criminals and the like, did not feel safe letting them in my house even! Only the driver was a cool guy, but that does not make up for it. Avoid these people if you can, and also the altas international movers. Just my two cents.

They left my $300 metal weightlifting attachment out in the rain because they didn't want to get wet. I now have to go through a claims process to get some amount of reimbursement for it. Don't use them.

Horrible! If I could give this Texas based company negative stars I would. The are the absolute worst company we have encountered in 22+ years of military moves! The crew was the most unprofessional and lazy group of individuals that I have ever encountered. They were so useless that they had to be asked to leave on day 1 at about 7pm after failing to complete what was supposed to be a 1 day job. They also damaged our brand new floors even after we told them that they were new and they should take care. Company had to send a supervisor out to deal with the crew. The crew was very rude and disrespectful towards the supervisor and a couple of them left the job because they refused to do their jobs. A 2nd unplanned crew had to be sent the next day to try and complete the job. They showed up at 11 unaware of what their job was. Unpacking boxes, unwrapping furniture and assembling furniture...duh! They stayed in the driveway for an hour doing nothing until the supervisor came at noon. Neither crew on either day came with tools either. Supervisor had to return to assemble furniture. Had to ask the 2nd crew to just put everything that was left in our garage at about 5pm maybe later on the 2nd day because they were useless and we were tired of dealing with them. My family did more moving and unpacking boxes than the crews did. We have had to call for 4 bulk trash pick ups since they left on the 2nd day because we are still unpacking boxes that they should have unpacked and taken away.

This is a disastrous, unprofessional, unethical, destructive, and greedy moving company. Avoid avoid avoid! We booked apple moving because we had a long intrastate move and wanted our items stored in one storage vault. They overbooked our move in day and unpacked all our furniture, repacked it into another truck causing MANY items to be damaged, and arrived with an unprofessional crew. This was a breach of our contract to unpack our items without our consent. They did not care. So many pieces of furniture sustained damage and some pieces are nonfunctional and we had to throw away. A lamp was broken in half. A console's legs were literally torn off the bottom to pack it instead of unscrewing it. We did not purchase extra insurance as we did not anticipate these items to be so badly damaged and the claim amount was pathetic. They are so greedy. They are unprofessional. They are liars. They will do whatever they want with your stuff whenever they want to. They will do whatever it takes to book your move and its not worth it. Go somewhere else. If you are are looking in Virginia do not book with Jerry Harrison. Absolute worst move!

Highly do not recommend for any move small or big. (Every job is too big and no job is small enough.) Be sure to move all bulky items before apple moving comes to make their job easier. Do their job for them and no complaints on their end.

Looking for valuables to be broken and not at the fault of the movers due to an accident look no further; they will make sure you sign paperwork saying it's not their fault because I was an accident.

Looking for movers to forget stuff that you labeled upon their request. Apple moving is here for you.

Order too much for lunch and can't even look at another piece of food; not to worry apple presumptuous movers will help themselves to your food, problem solved.

Have a hidden charger, no worries apple moving will stop moving to ask to charge their phone.

Planning on playing catchy hip pop or r&b tunes; perfect if you want the movers to feel at home and take their sweet time.

Civilian and military overall review is to look elsewhere, negative stars if we could rate lower.

Was used for a military move. Very unprofessional. The packer sat around on her phone for 45 minutes in our living room before she even started working. On her phone the entire time. Overall was just inconsiderate. Asked me to help with the bigger things…As for the packing job itself, horrible. Be prepared for lots of broken things. After they finished the job, she left well over 30 empty boxes and a ton of packing paper for us to clean up. She then came back unannounced late in the evening, pounding on our door because she left her phone charger….

When we finally received our things, so many items were broken and they even lost my husbands tool box with ALL his tools. I’ve also noticed many other things missing. Highly disappointing

Horrible experience from this company. Most of our boxes were not labeled correctly and has made unpacking extremely frustrating. Things were just thrown into boxes without proper packaging. The packer was FaceTiming all day for some reason? Also this was an huge language barrier so we couldn’t speak to them at all to ask them not to pack certain things and I believe that’s also why so many things were labeled improperly. We were told they didn’t pack food so we didn’t set it aside but then we discovered they had packed it all without our approval so I had to unpack those boxes, filled with open food and things like chocolate? The moving company lost part of our couch and about 8 boxes labeled “miscellaneous, miscellaneous decor” so we have NO IDEA what we are missing and we have no idea where any of it could be! Overall, terrible experience. This was a military move across the country and I’m extremely disappointed with every stage of the move so far.

The worst military move ever! The packers did not label anything! We have a "parts box" filled with all sorts of screws, nuts, bolts, ect. Have no idea where half these parts go to. They are grouped together with paper taped up, seran wrap, loose pieces are all over my house. Not to mention all the broken items Ive found. My dresser is completely destroyed, broken cabinet, missing power tools, smashed computer screen (found at the bottom of a box with no wrapping around it), im sure i will find more as I am still unpacking. We did not get a chance to write down any of our more expensive items as the guy in charge said its only for items that are over $1500. Our last move, they documented anything over $400. Do better. Our service members deserve better than this company is offering.
