Since this firm bought out Richmond Alarm Company, the service has declined and price increased. We now get frequent calls from a call center in India reminding us to pay invoices we auto-pay every month. Avoid this large firm at all costs. We found a locally owned company that will take over monitoring for half the cost.

We were in a bind without a working heating and air conditioning system. I contacted PMG Mechanical and was very impressed with the response time and quoted cost of replacing our system in comparison to two other AC companies in our area. Cody was very professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly. John, the HVAC technician, showed up at the promised time and installed our new system explaining everything during the entire process. He made sure we understood how to operate the new thermostat and left a contact number if needed for any additional questions. The level of professionalism and expertise that was received from PMG Mechanical was top level. I will definitely contact them for any mechanical needs in the future.

I was very pleased with this company. My warranty company suggested Mason's Heating and Cooling fix my unit. They were very personable and fixed my system in the first visit. I will call this company if ever I have an issue with my unit.

Super quick to respond, get a diagnostic, and take your money. However, when actually ordering parts or getting help they won't answer the phone or respond at all. Horrible busssiness would not recommend to anyone if you need things done quickly at all

Insurance company sent them once again. I've been without heat for a week because they have yet to put a diagnostic report in. Probably the worst company I've ever dealt with. Please go with someone else if you can.

The guy showed up to fix a simple break in the house to my dryer and he didn't have a latter so he said he would come the next day but never showed up. I called and texted him for 3 days straight so I gave up and went with someone else. They are terrible and only want to take your money. This company also remodels houses which is why I called them because I bought one of their houses and I got screwed over by them. Stay away from USA Future Properties inc and this company. They are one in the same.

I was required to use Mason's by American Home Ins. I was very worried since the reviews I read here were lousy.
My 25yo furnace died Sun morn at 3am and had to be replaced. Mason's guy was here at 2pm, Sun and told me what I needed, including a new furnace. That began the fight with American Home. Long story short, I was on the phone for at least 6 hours, mostly on hold, while they found the loop hole to force me to spend $1300. I will not renew the policy with Amer Home BUT I will absolutely use Masons, again.
The guys were here within 18hrs our authorization, removed the old furnace and put in the new one. When my AC dies, or sooner, I'll bring Masons back to replace my old AC.

Ignore what else you read. Assume it had to do with the insurance company people were expecting to honor their commitment. Don't blame Masons for them.

These guys didn't even make noise or a mess! And it's going to be 3 degrees, tonight and I have heat, thanks to Masons.
