Had heat go out on Thanksgiving. Call and told them no big worries seeing it was Thanksgiving. They sent out tech Friday morning and fixed the problem.

Just want to start by saying I am feeling the difference already! My AC was making loud squealing sounds at 5am. I put a call for help out and Murillo was the first to respond. And I am so glad I chose them. Sure I got lower quotes to come check out my unit. But they gave me the best hands on experience. Initially I was going to try to wait and see but when it got louder and I reached out, they said no problem we will be there early. 8am they knocked on my door, by 9am my unit repaired. Not having to wait for the part was unexpected but wonderful. The guys were super professional and cleaned up before they left. Answered all my questions in plan language so I understood everything. I would 100% recommend Murillo Mechanical to anyone I know needing AC repairs. Being a new home owner, these repairs can get rough, feeling at ease was worth everything to me. And a special shout out to Ashley for responding so quickly. I appreciate the hands on feeling I got and will be using yall again when the need arises.

Murillo mechanicsl was amazing. Other places I called could not give me an appointment for over a week to fix a broken AC in the middle of summer. Murillo came the same day, fixed the problem and helped with my home warranty claim. And the price was also very reasonable and the technician was professional and friendly.

We moved in to this house in May with a boiler that was 30 years old. The expansion tank and T&P valve had failed, so it leaked water out the overflow drain pipe. We first contacted a company that we found online for an estimate to replace the failed components along with a detailed estimate to replace the boiler. That company showed us everything that would be replaced, but spoke to us in circles and provided a very vague estimate for a combiboiler which is not what we wanted. So we reached out for recommendations on companies to replace the boiler, since it was already old and likely to just keep failing along with being less efficient, and Murillo Mechanical was the first company to pop up. Jay was able to come out the day after we called and provided a detailed estimate that evening. He is very knowledgeable and spoke to us honestly, showing us exactly what would be done, and what extra isolation valves would be installed for ease of repair and component replacement. They arrived for the work not even a week later, and hauled away our old boiler, along with old piping, zone valves, and circulator, and installed the new boiler, pipes, valves, circulator, and controller in a day and a half. Jay showed us how everything works in detail and provided us with the manuals on everything. Efficient and professional company, highly recommend!

My ductwork was sweating and needed it replaced. I used Ai to find out what questions to ask to make sure it would be done properly. Paul’s answers convinced me it would be done according to code.. On the day of install, heavy rains and strong wind were forecast. Paul called that morning and told me that the weather was so bad that the insulation might get wet so he wanted to wait. After the job, they went to each room and vacuumed the registers in the ceiling and cleaned up any insulation that blew out onto the floor. They also swept the garage where which had a lot of insulation on the floor because the old ductwork came out that way. I crawled around the attic to check things out and everything looked good.

Murillow Mechanical is awesome to work with. I had an electrical issue and was able to get next day service. I've met the owner and he is passionate about his work, his customers, and his employees. If you want great reliable work done from a company that stands behind it, you've found the one!

Muriel Mechanical is an amazing company. Our heat had went out. Mike and Jameil came out checked our unit and had it fixed. Rates are very reasonable. I would recommend this company to family and friends. They are great.

Love Murillo Mechanical. This is the second time they have come out and helped me during an emergency! The first being two years ago when the AC went out 4th of July . This time during freezing weather with snow coming, Paul came out to check my frozen heat pump, got parts and made the repair! Thanks to Murillo, Paul and his assistant - my home is warm again! I feel better knowing when I call, I'll be treated right for a fair price!!!

Just want to leave a great review for this company, I work with home fix we use to operate out of this same building. There was a weird whistling sound coming from the ceiling, and no air was blowing in the hallway. The people from Jordan's Air Care in Norfolk went into the attic and found a heavy box sitting on top of the air tube. It was squished flat! They moved the box and fixed the tube so it was round again. Then they cleaned the inside so it was fresh. The whistling stopped and the air is blowing strong now. They were very helpful.

Even after our kitchen remodel was finished, the house still smelled like a construction zone. Every time the AC kicked on, it would blow a weird sawdust smell into the living room and make this annoying whistling sound. I called Jordan's Air Care in Norfolk to see if they could clear out the system.

They found a ton of leftover debris trapped in the returns from when the contractors were sanding the cabinets. Since they cleaned everything out, the whistling stopped and the air finally smells fresh again.

Excellent work..House, at my rental was hot..All ducts were replaced..House now cool.

No BS kind of guy and I appreciate that. Did good work quickly and was straight honest about everything. Would recommend.

Installed a new HVAC unit at our condo in Newport News, VA. Great service and highly recommend.

Rental company called him. He was rude from beginning. Played big man about my defrost on heat
pump. Asked if I had emergency heat. I said yes but won't use it. Can not afford it in COVID-19 economy. His response..exact words Well freeze then and hung up the phone

SMI service tech Rashen Beamon serviced my heating/cooling system on Feb 25. Performed the following: exchanged filters, adjusted dampers did preventive maintenance, and tuned up the ac for summer. Additionally, inspected the fireplace gas log (didn't know that service was available) and replaced defective parts the following week and had it working. He answered questions and provided diagnostic reports with diagrams and pictures showing the results. Very pleased with the service I received. All systems working properly.

We are so glad to have found SMI when we moved to Chesapeake 11 years ago. Rashen is so knowledgeable! He does a great job, and is easy to talk to. He is able to tell us what's going on in easy to understand layman's terms.
