Our heating unit gave out and after a simple email, a quick phone call came from a professional customer service representative who lined up a service technician to visit the house later that day. Rashen was absolutely fantastic, very professional, and walked me through the process. Within two hours, we had our heat back on in the house. I would highly recommend SMI for any of your HVAC needs!

Our heater died on Sunday. I called SMI on Monday and the new unit was installed on Tuesday. The crew, Rashen, Jon, Logan and Mike were very professional and helpful. We will continue using their services in the years to come.

SMI installed my new HVAC several years ago and I couldn't be more pleased. Would highly recommend SMI. I also have an annual service contract. Rashen does the service on my unit twice a year and is great. He always makes sure I have all my questions answered before he leaves. Call SMI....you won't regret it!

I used these guys recently. The tech showed up on time, and explained the issues with my system. He walked me through what needed to be done, and let me know how the pricing worked. He fixed the issue in less time than he estimated. The price was a lot less than I thought. Very professional company.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! Terrible customer service, Brittany would not return calls or emails or provide any detail as how they did not submit an invoice for over 18 months. When they did, they would not produce any documentation and said if we didn't pay the would take us to collections. When asked to talk with a manager or the owner, they were silent and I still haven't heard a word. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

What a great local company. They showed up when I needed them. They worked around my schedule and they got the job done in less time than I anticipated which saved me a lot of money. If you want a reliable, local company to fulfill your HVAC needs, whatever they may be, then you need to call these guys.

They do not return calls, I can barely can get through to a real person whenever I call, and it takes multiple visits to fix an issue. Just had my AC fixed in April this year and it's already broken. They told me my AC was functioning properly keeping my house at 90 during this most recent heat wave when there was a actually a leak, and told me a visit was unnecessary.

Technician came 3 times and each time, it was hotter when he left than before he came. This has gone on for a month. Last straw - technician said I needed a compressor and was told they would get it approved by insurance company. After numerous calls and a week later, I was told they were still waiting on approval. I called warranty company and was told nothing had been submitted for approval.😡 I had a different company come out and was told that whoever put Freon in the unit left the cap off, so all the Freon was gone!😡😡😡

Top Line is exactly that in my book top of the line when it comes to HVAC. Our home warranty company had assigned and a different contractor. I won't mention the name, because they are worthless. However, they lied to us and never showed up. Top Line not only showed up the same day that they were called, but they also was able to go and get the needed part and was able to fix it the same day!! I am very thankful that they helped us in such a timely manner because we had almost gone 2 weeks without heat. I will definitely use them again if needed!

I would recommend ten out of ten!
