My AC decided to die in the middle of this week's heatwave. Danny at Stone Cold Mechanical was a lifesaver! He responded quickly, did the job efficiently, and did not overcharge. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!

Danny & Cayden’s customer service is out of this world. I had the BEST experience with them. My HVAC stopped working on one of the most humid weeks of 2025. I called many companies in the area and Danny was the first to call back and fit me in that evening. Other companies couldn’t come out until the week after. They ordered a part for me, checked in on me periodically and even brought me a portable AC unit to keep comfortable while we waited for the part to come in. They constantly checked on me to give me updates on the incoming part: I felt as though I was a priority to them. The part they ordered was the exact part that immediately fixed my unit. 10/10 experience. Don’t call anywhere else but them if you’re in the Norfolk/va beach area!

I had an issue with my AC and called late at night. He responded promptly and came the next day to fix it. While working on the repair, he discovered another issue, quickly went to the store to get the necessary part, and resolved that as well. I really appreciate his quick response, professionalism, and dedication to getting everything fixed properly.

My heat pump system needed replacement so I researched and met with several contractors. One of those contractors was Danny, owner of Stone Cold Mechanical. What set his company apart from the others was that he would be on the job installation with his crew from the beginning to end. He and his crew replaced an air handler through a small attic space flawlessly, installed new lines for the freon and a new connection box. A whole new system! He did multiple checks and inspections. He also registered the product warranty for me. It’s not always price that drives a decision but he was very competitive. I would recommend Stone Cold Mechanical 100% to anyone looking for a HVAC system or service.

The technician arrived on time. He wore a mask and performed preventative maintenance thoroughly. I brought up some concerns which I had. He addressed them, and was through in explaining answers to my concerns. My system is over a decade old and he gave advice on possible replacement in the near future. Very pleasant experience

Great company to work with. I had multiple people come out to troubleshoot my heating issues and no one could figure out the problem (or they didn't want to fix the problem); contacted Alliance via the Bryant webpage and Hank came out to troubleshoot. Within an hour the issue was diagnosed and within the week the issue was fixed. Very professional team you are running Hank - upfront, honest, and guided us along the way. These kind of folks are hard to find these days and I am 100% satisfied with their work and prices. Thanks again Hank! God speed brother!

My air conditioner died earlier this summer. Do to medical reason it was important to have it replaced in a timely manner. Alliance had me up and running in two days. The system has been on line for two months now and is working perfectly. We estimate our energy savings at around $150 a month. I could not be happier with the performance of the equipment and the professionalism of the install.
