Had a great experience with Air Specialty when my compressor failed last week. Dylan was professional and helpful with the quote and Damian’s team was professional and efficient with the install. I appreciate that Air Specialty worked with me on the price and were able to get the install done a week sooner than the other two companies I had gotten quotes from. It’s painful spending that much money unexpectedly, a little less painful when we feel you are getting treated right in the process. I am thankful to Air Specialty for that. Great communication and great service all around.

A minor glitch in my system caused the AC to stop working so I needed some help. Despite the fact that it was almost 10pm, Chandler responded to my text promptly and walked me through some possible “easy fixes”. The next day Mike made time in his own schedule to come by and after some minor adjustments, cool air returned to my condo. I recommend this company to friends and family… people I like and am accountable to!! My brother recently called for the first time and was also very happy with their service.

Air Specialty is outstanding! When one of my HVAC units froze up and needed replacing, Justin Mathews and his team — especially Dan and Matt — took care of everything immediately. Within a day, they had the new unit delivered, installed, and running perfectly. Their service was superior from start to finish. They are trusted, dependable, reasonably priced, and made the whole transaction absolutely seamless. I highly recommend Air Specialty and give them a full five-star rating!

I needed a second opinion for heating repairs after a different company came out 4 times for the same issue they never resolved. Patrick from Air Specialty came out and resolved my issue immediately. He also took the time to go over exactly what he found, what was causing the problem and why it was causing it. I will definitely be switching to Air Specialty for my heating and cooling issues!

Patrick arrived within the timeframe quoted (super helpful). Upon arrival, he wore booties to cover his shoes (detail oriented). He diagnosed, repaired, and showed me the faulty part afterwards (his partner, Kyle, was great too). I thought he would push me to purchase a new system (mine is 15 yo). He did not, instead he talked about which components generally make sense to repair versus replacing the entire system (shocked & appreciated). They have earned my business for the foreseeable future.

Patrick Moser was extremely professional. Even put on shoe covers before I could think to request it. He’s extremely knowledgeable but understands and excelled at relaying complex technical concepts in a that allows anyone to understand what’s going on and why. I honestly chose this company today out of necessity, but now it’ll the company that does any work on my home, preferably him. 10/10.

Riley was AMAZING! He came to check my furnace yesterday and luckily there was no issues, so they only charge me for diagnostic fee. Mind you, this guy goes above and beyond because he even made sure to check my vents and gave me suggestions and tips. This guy is so polite and knowledgeable at the same time. May he get a raise, and I hope this company takes care of him well🙏🏻

Riley the technician, did an excellent job servicing the heater when it suddenly stopped working. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything up and running again in no time. Dan was great and did a stellar job making sure that we had exactly what we needed. A simple fix (turns out VNG never actually turned our gas line on), but Dan didn’t waste any time. He was also very considerate of our home, wearing booties and going the extra mile. Price was fair and I don’t feel we overpaid for the level of service. I’d recommend him to anyone that has any hvac issues.

I also appreciated that Danyela texted me this morning to set up the appointment. It was very helpful and she did a good job of coordinating everything. I liked getting all the updates on when the tech would be at our house so it cut out any guess work.

Tech arrived on-time, was very thorough, and even put on shoe covers to respect my floors! He was able to diagnose the source of my noise problem, fixed it, and explained how to change my filter— and how often. Whole process was pain-free and priced fairly!
