My heat went out later in the evening and Chandler replied right away. This was my first time calling this company as I was desperate to try to find someone to come at 9pm at night. So thankful for Chandler he immediately identified the issue and I was able to have a the heat back on. Highly recommend and will be using them for future regularly scheduled maintenance.

Excellent experience! I needed urgent repair on a weekend as a new customer, and they were able to accommodate me very quickly. While they could have taken advantage of the situation and charged more, they gave me the option to sign up for an annual maintenance contract, which cost less than the repairs, and then treated the evaluation and repair as covered costs of the maintenance contract. In my experience that level of customer care is not easy to find. Highly recommend!

Absolutely astonished at how great a job this team did to get us a new unit installed. Especially right before this massive snowstorm we're about to get. They got it knocked out quick and it looks so good. These dudes put pride into their work 💪. Outstanding, couldnt be more happy with the service.

Everything works fine. Installation manager and customer service respond quickly and really try to make you happy.

The consistent issue we had was that the installation manager would explain to me how something would be installed. Then he would frequently step away and/or I needed to take a call and then the installation techs would do something entirely different. We have holes in walls in rooms they shouldn't have been working in and conduit that looks like a DIY project.

Tom Mule discussed options with my wife and I for improving our HVAC system. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional during his time here. What really impressed me was how thorough he was. He considered every angle and gave us a complete breakdown of the scope of work it would take to fix our HVAC.

I would absolutely recommend Air Specialty. If I ever have a need for additional work - not at this home becauseI believe my problems are a thing of the past thanks to them, then I would request Tom’s expertise.

Received great service and excellent customer support from the technician Patrick Moser that visited my home to complete services. Patrick went over the details in depth with me to make sure I understood the current status of my home and took time on the holiday to make sure I understood my options and the outcome of services. Great interaction overall will be using this company for all future projects.

From installation to routine maintenance Air Specialty is amazing. Because they are incredibly prompt, with their appointments and have very professional and knowledgeable techs are will always be a customer. Everyone that I've delt with from their company has been fantastic and in my experience Riley is exceptional at his job.

I was unhappy with my Previous service provider so my son, Bob referred me to Air Specialty Heating and Air Conditioning. I made the call and scheduled an appointment. A few days later they sent Dan Hibbert.
Dan came by and did a flush and yearly maintenance on my tankless hot water heater. He also checked over my HVAC and mini splits. I purchased their full maintenance package. I think the price was fair and the technicians were highly knowledgeable and honest. I would not hesitate to refer Air Specialty to anyone looking for a fair, honest and knowledgeable HVAC company.

We have had excellent service with this company. Chandler has been handing our home and has been awesome to work with. He is timely, communicative, thorough, friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent. Chandler always remembers the details and issues we told him from our previous appointment 6 months prior. He even graciously accepted the "help" of my toddler and his little tool kit the last time we had an appointment. The company is also very responsive via text making everything so convenient. Highly recommend!

Great service from office staff and technician, Dan Hibbert. Kept informed of technician's arrival time by text and email. Technician arrived on time, went straight to work. Asked me if I had any questions about anything. Will definitely continue to use this business.

I have been using Air Specialty Heating and Air Conditioning for awhile. They always show up promptly and the technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. My technician was Riley, it was his first time assigned to me but he is as professional and proficient as my previous technician that retired. I recommend them!

I reached out to Air Specialty Heating & Air Conditioning for a second opinion on my HVAC issue, and I appreciated that they provided this consultation free of charge. The technician, Daniel, was pleasant, courteous, and correctly identified that my blower motor was the problem. He explained that the motor was under warranty but stated that removing it would require cutting into the wall near my air handler.

What left me disappointed was the quote I received—over $1,400 more than other companies. Even with the warranty, the labor costs seemed excessively high. Ultimately, I went with a third HVAC company that replaced my blower motor without cutting into my wall, and at a much lower price than both of my previous quotes.

While I am thankful that Air Specialty correctly diagnosed the issue, I cannot overlook the inflated pricing. For my first experience with this company, it will also be my last. I would recommend seeking out other HVAC providers in the area, as there are reputable options that deliver quality service at far more reasonable rates.

Riley came out to give us a second opinion on our duct work. He was incredibly professional, thorough, knowledgeable and found issues that others had missed. He was able to give us an estimate at the same time which was very much appreciated. He was easy to talk to, polite and gave us helpful information pertaining to our situation. We have not made any decisions yet but feel confident that if we were to move forward we would be in good hands! Thank you Riley!

Our heat went down in the middle of the cold front and mini-storm. While we weren’t able get emergency service that day, we were able to quickly schedule during regular business hours. They made it even easier since they can use text to communicate. Riley was our tech, and he was amazing. He was so patient. Riley found our issue, but even better, helped us understand our system and how to set things properly to best utilize the system. My husband initially planned to keep trouble shooting on his own, but he was really pleased that we ended up calling Air Specialty and the service we received. Not to mention they have a really reasonable diagnostic fee! They’ll definitely be our go-to for HVAC needs.

Patrick and his sidekick (trainee?) were AMAZING. Both were extremely thorough in checking EVERYTHING to put our minds at ease after being given 4-5 different issues by three different technicians from another company. Extremely knowledgeable and walked us through everything. Will absolutely recommend and continue with their services. Thank you all for the swift response!

Our experience with air specialty was great. I called them on a wed and got an appt for that next day. The receptionist was very polite and eager to assist. The technician, Riley, that came out to our home to provide service was amazing. He really knew his stuff and was super friendly. Most of all, he got our heating unit back in working order on one of the closest weeks thus far. I couldn't thank him enough.
The business overall is very professional and helpful. Plus, their pricing isn't bad and they offer a membership to have your unit serviced twice a year.
We will definitely be using them in the future for any heating and cooling needs and highly recommend them to anyone.
