Aire Serv was recently out to my home for a routine inspection and check up on our two HVAC units. The technician, Spencer, was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. We have two heat pumps and given our house is old, our system can a little tricky. He was right on top of it without my having to explain the history of our HVAC. Both Spencer and Sean were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend.

Aire Serv of Tidewater recently performed a thorough inspection and “tune-up” of my geothermal and heat pump HVAC systems. The technician, Spencer, arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he planned to inspect before getting started and briefed me afterwards of any issues in a manner I could understand as a non-expert. He patiently answered all of my questions. Great experience dealing with this business. During one of the hottest stretches, they sent someone over promptly to diagnose the issue. Then they were able to fit me in within a few days, and knocked out the problem in about half the time I expected. Great communication all around. And the technician was so personable and easy to deal with. They will be my first call next time no doubt.

Air Serve took my appointment on Friday morning and the tech arrived on time the following Monday morning. I have an old oil furnace and the tech was very professional and worked most of the day collecting parts and finally fixed the issue about 5:30 PM.

My AC went out right after I had bought my house and during one of our heat waves. Sean was able to send over one of his techs who was actually on his day off, to diagnose the problem. Then they worked me into their schedule to make sure my AC was up and running before I had to move in. They also took the time to explain what the issue was and how they would conduct the repair. I can't tell you how appreciative I am and the system is working great.

After having two large companies come out with no resolution and high expense.

Spencer and Devaugn were extremely helpful. Many other large corporate companies will come out with a high dispatch fee, quick/rushed diagnostic, and go with the easy fix to move on to the next client and increase their throughput. This company is different, they came out two days in a row with no dispatch fee, carefully diagnosed the AC degradation, planned out and explained all costs with me for the repair.

The transparency, fair pricing and craftmanship makes this company great and I highly recommend them. My AC is up and running following a thermal expansion valve repair.
