Had to make the decision to replace our HVAC units and after due diligence and research, decided to go with Airforce Heating and Cooling. Best decision we made! The installers were prompt, professional, and answered all of our questions! We highly recommend them for any of their services!!

Look through the books found Air Force heating and cooling. Needed a new duck work in the house and new units. They came out evaluated and gave me an outstanding deal I could not pass up. Employees were awesome very neat very clean!! Kept all their work outside very organized and each time they entered the house they had a little plastic booties on their shoes. It was nice to see that due to babies on the floor crawling. I recommend them highly.

Had a fantastic experience with this company! They worked with me on understanding exactly what needed to be done in my home, treated me with respect, showed up exactly when they said they would, and maintained a great line of communication and expectation with my repair. From the initial calls to get pricing to the polite technicians in my home (down to wearing booties inside the house to not bring any dirt in), I was impressed with the level of service provided. Thank you!!

They installed our present H/C system and maintain it twice a year with EXCELLENT service. This weekend my son heard a bad noise coming from the outside unit. The source was a rodent that made its way inside and got caught in the blades when the system came on. I’ll spare the very messy details. We called this am to get advice on “clean up” of the inside of the unit. Brian came to the house within the hour!!!! The poor man had to wear a mask due to the stench! Brian did a great job cleaning and sanitizing and came out smiling after the ordeal! He even told me netting was available to prevent this from happening again and brought it up on Amazon to show me! The only thing that would make me feel better about today would be if TEN stars were available for my rating of service! THANKYOU!

Outstanding service. Our unit's Warranty expired one month before an issue occurred which would have normally have been the death of the system; our unit had been maintained and was in good condition. Owner, Jim, came by as his workers said they'd never seen anything like it before. He did a fix outside the norm to buy us time as we weren't in a position to buy a new system and the issue was not normal (Manufacturer defect?) The work he did has continued to work years later allowing us to put off the purchase of a new unit. Any issues have been quickly addressed and corrected. All Praise and Glory to God. We're thankful for this company and the work received.

Saw a recommendation for these guys from a local on Reddit. Glad I chose to go with them when my AC was acting up. They were very professional, friendly, and prompt. Showed up when they said they would and I was lucky to get a next-day appointment at no extra cost. Technician was in and out in less than an hour, AC fixed, and didn't push anything extra. I’ll use them every time.

100% First Class! We have used them over the years for repairs, maintenance, and the installation of a ‘gas pack’ a couple of years ago.

They have always returned my calls, been there when they say they will, and the Techs are knowledgeable and respectful.

We called on the morning my HVAC stopped working and Danny came down to fix it on the same day. Would definitely recommend.

My experience with Fair Mechanical has been far more than just satisfactory. From 15 or so years ago when Danny installed a new AC in my condo (in a space the size of a postage stamp!!) to the subsequent yearly service calls I have full confidence that I am getting the most professional service. I knew nothing about Air Conditioning units or even the right questions to ask when I needed to replace my unit. Danny was recommended to me by a neighbor I trusted and boy that was the best advice EVER! I had just bought my unit a couple years before, didn't have a lot of money and had no idea what I was doing. Danny stepped in and gave me every bit of information I needed to make an informed decision. It was really refreshing to see someone take their business seriously, as Danny appeared to do, and really make an effort to not only meet expectations but surpass them. The tech who comes to service my unit twice a year is always friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He always explains what he's doing and always answers any questions I might have. 7-21-25. Had a problem with a leak in my unit. I contacted Lori on Saturday and she had D'Shawn come out early Monday. He had it fixed and cleaned up in less than an hour. He also told me about the relatively minor procedure that would eliminate this from happening again. As always, am so impressed with this company that puts the quality of their expertise and customers first. It is rare in the "big box" retail environment we live in today.

I have to tell you if you truly want the best AC service sales and installation. Make sure you use Fair Mechanical and when you call make sure you definitely ask for Tyler to do your install if I had 50 AC unit to have installed I would have him do every one of them it is the best Customer Service I have ever gotten in my entire life. My last AC unit was installed by mechanical services and it was the worst experience ever so when I got involved with Fair Mechanical and they sent Tyler, I knew I had the best service I was ever gonna get. He is truly the best and goes above and beyond. He will answer all your questions and he will stay until he knows your unit is working perfectly fine so again guys asked for Tyler when you were wanting your install and make sure you use Fair Mechanical make sure that you use a small family owned business because you’re gonna get the best service ever again ask for Tyler

Highly recommend using Fair Mechanical!! Our AC unit went out right before Fourth of July in a high heat wave. They were the first business to respond and send someone to us within 2 hours!
