They are what they name says "Profesional " . I have never had any problems with this company. If I have a concern I call and they help me with what I don't understand.

I can not speak for the work and is seems like the other reviews their work is good. However their customer service on the phone is horrible! The lady i talked to was rude, short, and did not seem to want to take my phone call. It seemed like i was inconveniencing her by calling looking for their service

This is the quintessential commercial HVAC company. If you have commercial needs or need expert advice beyond the typical, there is no other option. As a high rise Chief engineer I rely on these folks to address issues I may not have time to personally address and even look to them for advice beyond the norm. There are some great HVAC contractors in the area but if you require the highest level of knowledge and skills set there is no better option.

We had the pleasure of having one of the best air conditioning technician come out and do a repair at our church. This was the second company to come out. Unfortunately, the first only put a bandaid on but didn't actually repair the problem. Thank you so much, Profesional Heating and Air Conditioning!!!

Professional Heating and Cooling has given excellent service to my business for years. They are on call at any time for our freezer emergencies, respond quickly, are knowledgeable, and provide great customer service. Even at 3:00am, their staff are kind and efficient. I strongly recommend them!

We cannot say enough about the great service we experienced from Professional Heating & Cooling. From the start, Jim Hensley listened to our wants and needs and came up with a heating and hot water system solution that included every bit of what we wanted and needed. We cannot be more happy with what we received. The project involved demo of an old, oil boiler system and the installation of a new, state-of-the-art gas system. This new system is saving our tenants 85% on their heating and hot water bills - YES 85%! All of the workers and representatives from Professional Heating & Cooling who have stepped foot on our property have all been very skilled, knowledgeable, and, yes, professional.

I've had a couple dealings with this company; They were excellent to deal with. I would definitely recommend to work with them as I will in the future.

Called Jim and he came right over, needed heat pump system replaced, he had lowest price with best quality, got the paper work done and made appointment to do the work, took him and 2 of his workers less than 4 hours to remove old system and install new one, just wish they would have removed an older air handler that the previous installers had left behind, he said they would but it’s still sitting up there

I am not giving them any star. it is the practice for companies like this to charge you a dispatch fee, but, usually the dispatch fee becomes part of the payment if you decide to hire them. and if you decide not to hire them, you have to pay the dispatch fee. But this company charges you the dispatch fee on the top of the repair fee.
you feel like you are cornered and you don't have a choice and if I bring someone else, I have to get screwed again. it is a loss-loss situation.

If I could give zero stars I would! This company was contracted by my home warrenty company. They sent a tech out who said the problem with my ac was that my filter need changing and was dirty. So he changed it. House was still hot at 83 degress with thermostat at 60. He come back next day and check unit, attic vents, and filter again to tell me nothing is wrong and it's just hot outside. I had to stay in hotel that night bc my asthmatic nephew was getting sick. Next day he called and told me to wait it out!! WTF!! I was so fustrated I called another company recommended by a coworker and that guy came out, said there was a huge hole in my vent in attic (now Air Force told me my vents were fair and old but ok). This other company welded whole in vent and now my house is cold again and we are finally comfortable in this heat!! My thermostat finally reading 74 with it set at 70!! Cold air is being pushed from my vents the way it should no thanks to Air Force. How can u be a tech and miss something as small as that!!?? Do not hire this company to do any type of work in ur home. They have incompetent lazy workers and if it wasn't that I had home warrenty, I would have never delt with them the second time. So take my warning...STAY AWAY!

After getting the run around from other companies who do similar work, I spoke with them and they addressed all the concerns I was having in a highly professional way. They got my business because they were ethical and fair. I would highly recommend using their services.

Excellent job! The tech came at a time that was convenient for me. He was able to diagnose the problem. He fixed the issue temporarily so that they could research the warranty (unit was installed by previous home owner). They got back to me quickly and resolved the issue.

I have had several positive interactions with this company. Got them to install 2 brand new units in my building . Very professional guys. Anytime I call for service, they respond with courteous service. Jim, Ben and Bryan are great guys.

Very quick when your AC is out! I have a business location, AC went out, had one AC company right down the street come out and diagnose since they were right down the street. Simple part failure on the ceiling unit and they quoted almost $900. Seemed way too high so I call Airforce around 5pm that evening. They came out the next morning and had the part and fixed it for under $300! Super fast and very reasonable on pricing. Always get multiple quotes.
