NexGen has always been my one stop shop for all my HVAC needs... I been using only NexGen for a very long time and I will continue to use them.... I give them a A+++ rating

Completely unprofessional and ripoff. Called for the service , they cleaned the coils saying the system can work after cleaning . They worked on next items...after charging the hours of labor, they say the problem is coil...and needs to be replaced. If that’s what the issue was ,than why didn’t they tell us to begain with ?

Now , threatening us to take us to court for something which was never repaired and worked...really!

Stay Away....!

This is the best company for all your heating and Air needs. Everyone is polite, informative and great at what they do. They have come to my rescue when I had no air and did not leave till it was repaired. Highly recommend them!

Recently my mom and dad decided to hire Nex Gen to replace our old central AC that stopped working. When one of the workers came they put on booties on their shoes, wore gloves, a mask and adhered to social distancing. He was friendly to all of us and he explained to my parents how it would be in their best interest to replace the whole system. Additionally they made a great evaluation of what was needed, talked about our options, and gave us a great price on the project. In fact they were always on time to do the work, they cleaned up after themselves and they even sent someone back to fix the hole in the wall they put while rewiring the AC. In addition they even sent a person a week after to inspect the AC to make sure the work was done correctly and it was still working properly.

Vinny was great. What I worked on for 3 hours he finished in 30 minutes. Extremely professional, on time, 100% recommend.
