Needed an AC repair. 90+ outside. Fair was highly recommended from a trusted friend at church. Stephen (Tech) was on-site the next morning. Courteous, professional and skilled tech. A/C system back to 100%. Reasonable price and better, we now have a HVAC company we can trust to take good care of us. A win / win.

Highly recommend! Quick to respond, professional, communicative, punctual, courteous, respectful, and cleaned up after the system was installed. Most importantly, they are LOCAL and Danny took the time to listen and suggest different options for an HVAC system that would sufficiently fit my home and budget. There was no pressure, no upselling, and no taking advantage of the situation during the extreme heat; just options available to choose from. Lori was fabulous at communicating expectations and checking in on satisfaction.

I called after accidentally cutting the power cable to one of our mini split units while doing yard work. Steven was here the next morning (almost an hour before the estimated service window). He replaced the wire and tested to make sure everything was working properly. I am very happy with the quick and efficient work done.

Had an AC issue in mid-July and came across Fair Mechanical after a Google search. I messaged on Friday evening around 9:30 pm and received a response within a few minutes asking about the problem and my availability for the next day. Danny, the owner, arrived Saturday morning exactly when he said he would and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. He was super transparent, explained everything he was doing to troubleshoot and charged a very fair price.

Fortunately I didn't need a major repair this time but when I'm ready for a new AC unit I'll be calling Fair Mechanical. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Fair Mechanical. The HVAC technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the entire process. He identified that the refrigerant level in my AC unit was low and added the right amount to get it cooling properly again. What I appreciated most was how clearly he explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions without rushing. My 27 year old 4 ton HVAC system died. I knew it would be a big expense and it was important to me to find the best value (not price, value!) I spoke with 4 companies who all offered similar products at varying price points. The quote I got from Danny was the 2nd highest price that I received of the 4 companies, however, what made me decide to go with Fair Mechanical was that they were easy to speak to, showed up and looked before quoting (no other company offered to come out and look) and they were prompt with all communication and appointments and as I imagined, everything went to plan and I have a beautiful, new, whisper quiet system that performs much better than what I had. The best part, is the Daikin Warranty. Includes 12 years parts, 6 years equipment and 2 years labor, it was far superior to all the other quotes/products I reviewed, and it's made in USA. I'd highly recommend Danny and his team, I am very satisfied.

My wife and I returned home after being gone for 2 weeks. Our AC was working great until about 1:30 am and it quit. Since it was extremely hot and humid we called Fair Mechanical. Fortunately they were able to come out the very next day. They resolved our issue in a very professional and courteous manner. Would recommend using Fair Mechanical whenever you have AC or heating problems.

A friend recommended Fair Mechanical and I am not disappointed they were able to come out the day I called. Issue was fixed same day as the parts were on the truck. Danny took the time to explain what went wrong and how it was going to be fixed. Pricing was better than expected. I will continue to use Fair Mechanical for HVAC services.

Great experience with Fair Mechanical they were a helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable team. Special thanks to Lori in reception for being so warm and professional. She was able to get us scheduled within 24 hours to get our AC unit looked at and even passed on a helpful tip from the technician to try before they came out. The technicians were prompt and quickly diagnosed the problem and had the repair completed within an hour. Highly recommended!

The team was quick to respond, very helpful, and they made sure to explain the problems and the different options I could take . Inquired about my AC unit on 6Sep, they were able to come out the next day and take a look. They diagnosed the problem (leaking refrigerant, bad coil, recommended replacement) and had the new unit installed by the following week! Offered different proposals and gave good advice. Very satisfied!

Teach your mechanics how to drive. One almost ran me off the road. I have no idea what he/she looked like. As I was just trying to survive. Happened around 8:40am ish dec 30 near American Asian food market. Not gonna give 1-2 stars cuz frankly it ain’t the owners fault.

Oh my goodness! I am a new customer. Danny responded immediately to my request for service and was here within 12 hours. The weather has been ‘real feel’ in the 100’s for over a week and i was concerned since my units hadn’t been serviced since install. He checked both systems and gave me the green light which assures me i can remain cool during this heat wave. The peace of mind is priceless.
