My a/c stopped working so I my friend to find out who they use. They told me to call Murillo mechanical. I called and they scheduled the service call for the same day . The technician that came to my house his name was Robert. He truly was the most knowledgeable, friendly, and informative a/c contactor that has ever come to my home. He was able to find the issue and get me the options for the repair that I could afford. He was able to repair it and get the a/c running the same day. From this point on I will all ways use Murillo mechanical for any a/c repairs and when it is time to replace my system they will be my only call. Thank you for your wonderful service

My A/C went down and within 15 minutes of getting off the phone with my Home Warranty Company, Mr. Murillo called me to set up an appointment. Mike was on time and had the A/C up and running within 15 minutes! Great customer service and very professional. Definitely will be using them again!

My very old water heater finally broke. Murillo was able to come look at it the same day I called, and they replaced my tank a day later. They were even early on replacement day! They cleaned up after themselves (it was a rainy/messy day) and were most helpful in explaining everything. I’m very pleased.

Called Murillo first thing in the morning to service our A/C and they were able to schedule a service visit that same afternoon! Even better is they called back and asked to come early due to a cancellation. Service was very professional and they were able to fix the A/C unit on the spot. Very pleased!

Murillo replaced my existing HVAC system and all ductwork and installed a new register in my hottest room. All of the technicians I've worked with have been very knowledgeable and considerate and have taken steps to make sure every job is done correctly.
Everything seems to be sized and flowing properly and my house is heating and cooling like never before!

Excellent Service! We have a Home Warranty and they contracted with Murillo to repair our HVAC system. Mr. Murillo responded quickly to the service request and had a technician out as soon as possible. The technician showed up - ON TIME - and was very courteous. They worked quickly to find a replacement motor for our system, communicated with the Warrant Co to get approval, and to set a return appointment for install. We have had several horrible experiences with service companies in the past that were through a Warranty Company. I am very, very thankful for the way our claim was handled by Murillo. I can't say enough about what an excellent company they are!

It's been a year... HVAC still working wonderfully, and we noticed a leak, where they had advised us of possible small issues if the AC is on often, which of course with the weather, that is a forgone conclusion!
He even showed me last year where I can quickly clean the trap... no thank you, I'll call for the experts! I'm not messing up anything! Lol!
Since we have been with them, we have been totally satisfied! Which I could say the same thing about the installers of the new HVAC Heatpump!

We had water pouring out of our ceiling due to our system being installed incorrectly by a different company. We had called many other companies who wouldn’t even answer the phone. Paul answered the call first ring and was here within 20 minutes. He was able to immediately assess the situation and went right to work correcting the problem. He was very reassuring letting me know that it was all going to be taken care of and fixed with no problem. He was extremely polite and courteous and a joy to be around. Due to the amount of water damage we had, his approach was very reassuring. I highly recommend the company and would gladly use them again!! Five ⭐️ all the way!!

I would give 10/5 stars if I could. Robert is extremely professional, conducts business with integrity, and is very considerate of the needs of both his customers and his team. We were in the middle of a heat wave with no AC, and it was 90 degrees in our house. Robert did what he could to help us navigate an extremely stressful and difficult situation in a timely manner. He seriously went above and beyond to help us. He was honest and straightforward with us about our situation, and very clearly broke down what our options were. Other people may have tried to take advantage of how desperate we were, but not Robert. He broke down and explained service pricing and made sure that we were making a well informed decision.

Unlike other places, this company is actually available 24/7. You'll be able to speak to someone when you need help and the time frames you're given for service are accurate. The prices are completely fair and reasonable, especially since they accommodate crazy emergency situations and times. (No one else we contacted was actually willing to come out and perform any sort of service on a weekend!)

Three times they have solved difficult heating and electrical problems for me and came right away when I needed them. They are friendly and helpful and worked to solve the problems economically. Their prices are reasonable and their service outstanding. Paul has proved to be especially knowledgable and helpful.

Responded within a few hours because my HVAC was leaking. They cleaned it out quickly and installed a sensor so that the unit will automatically shut down if it starts to leak again. Very fair pricing as well. Would definitely recommend!

I am SO glad I called you guys! Robert and his team were 100% professional, fast, and left me with peace of mind. I desperately needed my ductwork replaced, musty smelling closets I could barely use, damp smelling house, never had even heat/cool air distribution, constant sinus problems, I can’t even describe the disgusting crap they pulled out to replace….the smell was gone within a day or two and I’ve doubled my storage space being able to use my closets now! From the first consultation with Robert to starting the project the next week, start to finish I felt confident and taken care of. They did everything in two days, I will recommend them to everyone I know. Cannot thank them enough for this truly life changing upgrade! Feels like a brand new house!
