We love the work that Kefficient did for our home. Brad was very helpful setting everything up for us. Jeff and the team that came out we're great. Extremely professional and the work is top notch. There was even a sleeping baby in the house at times and they were quiet as mice. We are so thankful!

Mack with Kefficient provided a detailed assessment of our crawl space with a number of pictures, I was impressed with the detailed contract agreement that was provided. The installation crew did a great job and cleaned up the work site each day. Kyle the project manager was very responsive in following up to phone calls and texts and visiting the site to follow-up on the work. I highly recommend Kefficient as a contractor for crawl space encapsulation.

Kefficient’s crew, led by Ernesto Castro with his two crew members, did a fantastic job with the encapsulation of our crawl space. It looks very clean and professionally done. They took two days, arriving early and staying til dark, working very hard and efficiently. We would 100% recommend Kefficient for any future crawlspace repairs!

Kefficient has been a joy to work with. Their work and customer service have been excellent. They re-encapsulated our crawl space. Their work, customer service was light years ahead of the former company. We had fine dust that would get on surfaces inside the house. On porcelain it would rub off as a white dust. I am sure it was dust mites. Now with the new encapsulation that problem is gone. Kefficient not only encapsulated but ended a problem that we have been dealing with for many years. I am so thankful for the work, service, efficiency and pleasant customer service that Kefficient gave to us. Their lead technician was so very thorough to do everything right. It looks so very good down there now. Everything is truly sealed. He even took the time to flatten the floor surface out. Excellent work and excellent technician. The door he installed is beautiful. I did not know a crawl space door could look so good. I love it. It makes our house look very nice in and of itself. Kefficient is one of the best companies I have ever had to do work on our home. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Our entire experience with Kefficient from Jacob performing the estimate, to Christian and his crew performing the work in one day and over a month earlier than previously scheduled, to Taylor handling any of our questions immediately, and Kyle being on-site to test the sump pump was beyond any of our expectations!

My family could not be happier with the work done and now we rest easy during rain storms knowing our crawl space is flood free. Our experience with Kefficient has been wonderful! Since downsizing and moving to a home with a crawl space, we researched companies who specialized in this within our area. Our prior home did not have a crawl space and this was somewhat new to us. However, upon meeting with Jacob, he answered all our questions and more ---as we would call him when we had additional ones! Jacob was knowledgeable and not pushy in his sales approach; yet confident in Kefficient and the quality of service they would deliver to us. We proceeded to have Kefficient take care of attic insulation, encapsulation, dryer vent cleaning, and duct cleaning for us and they did everything in a professional and thorough manner. We’ve owned this home for 30 years. The four crawl spaces and shoddy insulation have been a hot mess since day one. Not only was insulation falling out and upside down, there was mold and construction debris under the house. Finally we decided to fix it and finding the right company was critical. Selecting Kefficient was the best decision we could have made. From the very positive first interaction with Bradley Conner we knew we were going to be in good hands. Kefficient did a full encapsulation of our large crawl space, and we could not be more pleased. The staff were very professional, clean and neat, every day they left with everything tidied up. The finished space is unbelievable next to what it looked like before hand! We had mold, wet insulation, and a dirty plastic cover on the ground. now everything is clean, neat and completely water tight!

I am a Superintendent for a large commercial general contractor, and I fully realize that I am extremely picky, detailed and have high expectations for companies that I hire to work on my personal home. When I was researching different companies to perform my crawlspace encapsulation, I first heard of Kefficient through my co-workers that share the same expectations of high-quality work. During this process, I met with 3 companies to review and discuss the encapsulation process, and I must say that Kefficient stood out immediately among the others as being far superior and professional. Brad Conner at Kefficient came out to my home, walked me through the process, we discussed expectations and pricing. The price that Brad showed me, which was not inexpensive, was far more reasonable and the most honest number presented to me from all three companies. Other companies started with extremely high numbers then worked their way down, sometimes they'd cut as high as $15k off the number to try and beat the next guy. Could I have given the job to another company for cheaper? Absolutely. Did I give it to the most honest company with an extremely positive track record of quality, craftsmanship and professionalism? I absolutely did and that is what first won me over during my work with Kefficient.

After about 2 months of permitting and an opening in Kefficient's schedule, Kefficient arrived on-site and began working. During the process I would go under my crawlspace each night after work to review their progress. Daryl, the crew foreman was also extremely professional and helpful by showing me through their process. During my visits, they had immense respect for my home, my yard, etc. by keeping it clean, organized and had minimal impact on my homelife. I would talk with Brad Conner every day, who by the way, was always available even if it was 9pm at night and I had a question or just wanted to go over the next day's plan to ease my anxiety of getting a project/home improvement of this size and cost completed to satisfaction.

Brad Conner was so confident in his and his crew's ability to successfully complete my project and go above and beyond my expectations that he even had Mark Keffer, the owner of Kefficient, come to my home and personally inspect my crawlspace encapsulation and give it his stamp of approval before I paid the full amount for the project. Mark was extremely helpful in answering questions and it meant a lot to me that the owner of a company would be willing to meet me, look at my crawlspace and give his approval before I paid my final balance.

I can't say enough good things about Kefficient and I am extremely happy with my newly encapsulated crawlspace. If it were just a bit taller, I'd have served Thanksgiving dinner down there it is so nicely done and clean!
