We had 2 bathrooms remodeled and an interior stair railing replaced. We plan to use them when we redo our laundry room….and anything else we might decide to do. Lee and the crew were extremely easy to work with.

We did a complete home remodel - including new HVAC, windows, flooring, bathroom remodel, deck repair and even new gutters. Lee and his team were professional, and the work was done on time and with a high degree of quality. We could not believe the transformation! The scope of work we asked him to take on was extensive, but they stayed on top of the details and delivered us a beautifull-remodeled home. We would highly recommend them for any household remodeling ...they went above and beyond.

I have worked with Lee and his team on two major projects. Renovation of a master bath in my old home and then a large addition, renovation of two bathrooms, installation of a bar and more in my new home. Lee treats every project as if he was doing the work in his own home. He is quick to respond and the quality of work is excellent. He works within your budget and time frame, which rarely happens in construction!

Lee and Timbercreek were fantastic! Lee came out quickly to come give us an initial assessment of our renovation and then over the planning phase, he dedicated a ton of time to help us make product selections.

When it came time to start the project, his team completed the demo in a day. For all the walls that were ripped out, flooring that was torn up, and cabinets removed, there was not a speck of dust left. Every day, they made sure that everything was left in order when they left. They set us up with a temporary kitchen, which made life so much easier.

Finally, when it comes to the quality of the work, there is none better. Our cabinets were installed beautifully, the flooring came out nearly perfect, and all of the lighting and painting was perfect.

There was an issue with the flooring, caused by a sub contractor. Lee and Matt fought to make sure that this was resolved quickly and they were extremely communicative to my wife and I of any delays and updates.

My wife and I would strongly recommend using Timbercreek for any work you need done.

Lee's team ...Patrick, Matt and Tommy do outstanding work. They're professional, responsive and keep you informed of what will be done as the job progresses. Lee has exceptional design ideas and will assist with material choices if asked. Timber Creek remodeled my master bath that turned out beautifully. Because of that experience, they will be starting my kitchen remodel soon.

We loved working with this team of professionals. Lee and their staff were very knowledgeable and were able to guide us through the options for our complete downstairs remodel. We took our 90s inspired layout and turned it into an open concept dream for our family. Lee was able to work with us and helped us vision what was practical for our living space, but also what was cost effective and doable for what we wanted, and it turned out even better than expected! We have two small children and our vision was to have a line of sight throughout the first floor of the home to any room, to keep eyes on them, and they delivered! Lee walked us through the selection process noting which materials were more durable while still aligning with the design goals that we were aiming for. His experience in selections and what would look good together was a welcomed opinion when it came to making the selections. He was also very realistic with the timeline in which supplies would be there, and being that we have small children ensured us that none of the work would be completed without having all the items to complete the project done as quickly as possible prior to starting, which made the transition extremely efficient and timely. Matt was our team lead for our project and was extremely communicative with all aspects of the demo/installation process. We were extremely grateful to have him as the lead of our team as he made it very easy for us to coordinate our childcare with his advance notice for the different specialties coming in. I was pregnant at the time of the construction which was slated to take 8 weeks, which happened to perfectly line up with my due date, and they ensured that everything would be done by the time the baby came, and they were right! We only had small touch ups needed once the baby was here. We highly recommend Timber Creek, and vouch for their great work!

I have used Timber Creek Construction for several large projects over the past two years and have been extremely impressed with the entire team. They did a complete remodel of my kitchen, basement, family room and bathroom. The quality and attention to detail is fantastic. I am so satisfied that I have contracted with them to remodel my screen porch this spring.

We used Timber Creek to complete a garage after a former contractor had some difficulties. They completed the project quickly and within the quote and were a joy to work with! Great communication and they did everything they said they were going to! Cannot recommend them enough!

We were interested in upgrading our deck & received a recommendation from a decking supplier to contact Lee Payne. We did - it was a great recommendation! Lee walked us through the process (& saved us some money along the way). Timber Creek understood our scheduling challenges and fitted us into their schedule. But, probably most important was the craftsmanship and personal standards of the installation crew. "Good enuff" was never good enough. They insisted on the correct wood and components all the way through the project, even if it meant waiting for the "right stuff." The resultant product is beautiful beyond anything that we had imagined. Timber Creek Construction earned our highest recommendation.

We used Timbercreek for a full remodel/renovation of our primary bath, guest bath and laundry room. This included structural/wall changes, electric, plumbing, the works. They exceeded our expectations- the team stayed true to budget, time estimates and were incredibly neat and contained during the process. They were responsive to questions/concerns, helpful when making selections and flexible when last minute changes were needed. The quality of the finished product is beautiful. Would absolutely use them again.

Lee and his crew did an awesome job working with us on our bathroom remodels. We had three bathrooms to remodel in an older condo unit and brought each up to date. The master bathroom is the signature room in the home now! Lee's crew was courteous, always cleaned up the site each day and flexible to changes as we went through the project. We interviewed over 15 different companies from individual tradesmen, to well-known companies (both on TV commercials as well as magazine advertisements). We received a lot of mixed reviews from different websites and friends. For us, hiring someone to work in our home is very personal and whoever we chose had to have integrity, remodeling/construction experience, listening skills and a good reputation. Lee (Timber Creek Construction, LLC), definitely fit the bill! We are so glad that Lee has an eye for design because I needed a lot of help with selecting everything from floor/wall tiles, etc. and different types of accessories. I knew what I wanted the end project to look like and grateful that Lee had vision to see my thoughts through to fruition. Lee’s accommodation to change and willingness to work with our tight schedule was a relief for us. He had a great team that was just as flexible. I say this because, I had a design change three days into the project. It wasn’t an easy task, it was a bit complicated (moved my closet door and close/open up another doorway) and they made it happen. Every morning someone laid a drop cloth and plastic as a walking path from the front door to the bathroom and every evening, they picked up the walkway and cleaned up. Each one of them respected our home and did everything possible to keep the area as clear and clean as possible. Yes, the project had a few delays however, it was due to things beyond anyone’s control (product delivery and/or weather). Through it all, Lee kept us informed and we were always on the same page. We are so grateful to have had a wonderful experience with a contractor and team who were highly professional and detailed in their trade, showed respect and possessed integrity! We love our NEW Master Bath! Words alone cannot express how beautiful the Master Bath turned out, THANK YOU!

Timbercreek Construction did an outstanding job on our recent primary bath renovation. The renovation included a completely new shower (demo, glass walls, new tile, custom niche, and new fixtures), tile flooring, tub replacement, new lighting and fan, new countertop, and new wainscoting trim. They are highly skilled, professional and very easy to work with. We love our new bathroom and will definitely contact them again for future projects!

A Solid 5 Stars! Demo and complete redesign of our prim. bath. We had demanding work standards and specific wants for the project. We were very impressed with Timber Creek from the onset and being BBB accredited with a great rating was a plus for us.
The proposal was extremely detailed with cost breakdowns for materials and labor for each phase with a full description of work to be performed which helped answer a lot of our questions beforehand.
The owner met us at each design center and was instrumental in finding us the materials we wanted as well as providing some design/color ideas.
We chose the 3D modeling to visualize the room and the completed project exceeded all expectations. Matt was amazing as the PM and also just a nice guy but the whole crew is fantastic and accommodating.

We recently completed a total renovation of a guest bathroom by Timber Creek Construction LLC. We have been through multiple major remodeling jobs in several different houses over 40 years with different contractors. Timber Creek was the best. From the initial job assessment and design through to the final walk through, they were responsive, flexible, on time, and careful in their work. Based on my own experience working in construction trades, I can attest that the quality of the work was excellent. The process they use for material and fixture selection was easy to deal with and provided a wide range of options. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering kitchen or bath remodels, or other major construction projects.

I had a great experience working with Timber Creek Construction on my primary bathroom. Lee Jr was excellent at communicating with me every step of the way. From receiving the proposal from Patrick and Lee, to the finishing touches by Matt, the job went very smoothly and the the bathroom exceeded my expectations! Michael was phenomenal with communication, everything happened when it was supposed to. The quality is 10/10 and he even came by a few times to check on things. I can tell he has a high standard of how things are supposed to get done and the quality in which it happens. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!
