What's the deal with the small sticker on the back of your Vans that reads "Lead with safety" when you have two aggressive drivers causing chaos on I-664? Earlier today around 2:30, there heavy traffic on the Monitor Merrimac Memorial Bridge Tunnel because of your two reckless drivers. Two of your vans hogging the left lane, forcing other drivers to pass them on the right. Eventually, I managed to overtake the rear van, only to have the front van (VIRGINIA TPE-5997), “66816” speed up, cut me off, and continued to obstruct traffic by driving alongside another vehicle in the right lane. I slid in behind the van while the second van raced up to drive dangerously close to my rear bumper. This continued for a couple of miles until I was able to pass the front driver using the right lane. There was no valid reason for them to be in the fast lane other than to annoy other drivers. I hope you are satisfied with the behavior of these two employees, as your vans are used for advertising to attract customers. However, today all you received were negative reviews and frustrated individuals who will not use your services in the future.

Mathew was great! He was really polite, timely, efficient, and helpful. He explained what was wrong and what needed to be done. He was extremely thorough too. I recommend Bell Cow to anyone with A/C problems. Their scheduling was extremely prompt in replying and scheduling my appointment too. The office staff was also kind and courteous when I called to confirm my appointment. You won't be disappointed.

Extremely impressed with Exclusion Service Ryan, Chuck and Rick did on our house. Very professional and courteous. Great job on the installation of the drip edge. Clean up was great. They left absolutely no signs of the work they performed behind. Definitely would recommend this crew if the need arose. Super Job!

The guys Josh and his coworker, worked hard to replace our 52 year old HVAC system. The two climbed into our hot attic and created magic, where our home is cool and comfortable right before the blistering summer of 2024 and beyond.
We've owned this house 10.5 years and had minor AC problems but this time it needed a replacement not a bandaid repair.

What amazing customer service!!! Bell Cow came out here to do what we thought was just sealing up the hole in the attic for squirrels. Talk about going above & beyond!!! Bell Cow came to our house with four vans ready to work! They sealed the holes,put up trim on bottom, side of our house, covered the dryer vent, & cleaned out a gutter! My mom was brought to tears for their kindness, professionalism, & thoughtfulness. Little did they know my mom is battling stage four cancer, & this was one less thing she has to worry about. Thank you to the six man crew, & special thank you to Ryan, & Tj! We will forever be loyal & use only Bell Cow services when needed.. Thank you Bell Cow!

Came to fix my HVAC the next business day. Very professional and friendly. Went above by checking outside unit while he was here to make sure I would have no other problems. Highly recommend this company.

This company was contracted out by Terminix because we have roof rats. Bell Cow came out to seal up outdoor areas where rats could potentially get in the house. During the installation of the cheesy "exclusion devices" they broke two corners of siding on our house. These exclusion devices didn't even cover the gaps completely, leaving plenty of room for a rat to squeeze in. The employees were kind, but apparently lazy.

*Update: I was contacted by Jamie from Bell Cow not long after leaving the review above. Jamie promptly scheduled an inspection by one of their quality control associates, Ryan. Ryan completed the inspection within 24 hours of mine & Jamie's conversation. Ryan assured me that his team would be out on another day to repair the two damaged corners with matching-color corner caps. I was then contacted by another Bell Cow associate, Christine, within an hour of Ryan's inspection. Christine scheduled repairs the following Tuesday. I have not worked with Bell Cow in the past, but after all of this, I believe the damage caused during the initial visit is uncommon. Based on their urgency to correct this incident, I believe this company truly appreciates their clients & strives for satisfaction. Thank you, Bell Cow!

*Second update: We moved into a new house & discovered rat droppings in the attic, so Terminix had Bell Cow contracted out to seal entrance points to prevent rats from entering in the future. I received an email to review the services provided this time around & I honestly can't say much. The employee who came to the door was...um...less than enthusiastic about the job. I asked if he'd make sure to get a certain area below siding where I found droppings a couple days before, to which he said he would. I have no idea whether they did this because no one reviewed the work they did before they left, so I really can't say how well or how poorly this team did; however, I can confidently say the customer service aspect is subpar.

I used Bell Cow through my home warranty. I was fortunate to get Mike Dawson out to service my plumbing issue. Not only did he find the problem, but he fixed it within 15 minutes! He didn’t try to do any "extra" work to make it seem like the problem was bigger than it was. He explained the issue to me thoroughly! This is definitely a company with integrity that does good work. Through Mike’s level of professionalism and efficiency, I’m definitely inclined to use Bell Cow again. I’ll make sure I ask for Mike!

Great service experience with Samuel. We've had several service calls with other HVAC vendors who didn't correctly diagnose our issue. Samuel quickly nailed the issue and fixed it. THANK YOU!

Excellent work. Very professional and quick. My AC went out during what I feel is the hottest part of the summer, with temperatures in the high 90s. Contacted Bell Cow Services and within a day Bell Cow was onsite and my AC was functioning again.

Reply: Wrong. This would have gone a completely different way IF the technician did not state CLEARLY all the areas of failure and the need for replacement to the client. The unit was diagnosed with 1/2 a failure to the warranty company. Also, what explains not showing up to a tune up with no communication? More specifically, your handling of this matter through Google reviews instead of direct party-to-party communications doesn't portray a good business image. But, this is your image, not mine. I'm just a service call client posting a review. EDIT after Bell Cows comment: I spoke with the supervisor CJ yesterday, hands down terrible service and handling of my situation. I'm not sure how he is a supervisor. Strike 1) Did not show up for ac-tune up. Strike 2) Purposely mis-diagnosed unit to warranty company. I actively engaged with the technician once he arrived and we agreed what the issues were multiple times (for reiteration purposes) and visually saw every bit of testing that was performed. Only part of the diagnosis we discussed and witnessed were written and submitted to the warranty company. BEWARE! If they are contracted by your home warranty, they will screw you. A home warranty company pays more to a contractor to diagnose an issue weather they perform the work or not. Essentially more than a typical diagnostic fee that could be paid out of pocket. Save time by passing on them. I can't speak on or comment if their work is any good without home warranty contracting them out, but for a company to not show for a tune up or lie to the client might be cause to pass on them doing any work to your AC. For someone who's worked in the technical field and contracting for over 20 years, Bell Cows upfront deceptive business model is pushing limits as one of the worst I've seen in years.

Professional, courteous & knowledgeable. Completed the repair fast after arrival. Only issue, our AC went out on a Friday night & we couldn't get an appointment until upcoming Thursday. Those were 6 miserable days for us & our rescued foster failures!

My technician, Joseph Dziagwa, came out the same morning and quickly replaced our capacitor before the heat of the day, making our house comfortable, especially before the weekend. He made sure to answer every question I had, and offered some tips on how to ease the life of the capacitor moving forward. I couldn't recommend enough.

"Over the years I have used numerous HVAC contractors, but none could even come close my recent entire experience from the initial phone call to the extensive onsite trouble shooting process. My well equipped tech person-JAKE-was the most knowledgeable tech I have ever experienced.

They were on time, knowledgeable and SUPER PROFESSIONAL with letting me know what I needed and how to get it corrected. They not only gave me the expensive solution, but they gave me the lesser expensive solutions and why and how those solutions would be to my detriment later on. Technician went through each and every scenario with me in detail while walking me through what he could do and how they could correct my issues. This company is beyond reproach in my book, they are great!

This company installed a total HVAC unit not even a year ago threw my home warranty. I personally paid $4,414 out of pocket towards it. Not even a year later I am having cooling problems. I called a company out and they told me I have a freon leak in the valve/ around the valve whatever. I was told whoever installed it over heated the part (connect). I called Bell Cow n told the manager what was going on..Completely disregarding the fact this unit was installed by his company, his team and they screwed up!! He pushed and pushed the blame on America Home shield saying they order the equipment n his crew only installed it! My point exactly they messed up something.( It happens) I was told that there is only a 30 day warranty with American Home Shield from the manager at Bell Cow. This is completely disgusting and inhumane. I am not rich I work a 9-5. I pay what I owe and I expect quality service for my money. CJ the manager didn't offer a courtesy service call for a second opinion or anything knowing his guys did this installed. I do take fault in the fact I should have called immediately when something didn't seem right with my unit. *Do your research and pay attention to reviews..I give excellent ones n then ones like this. I will be reporting this to the better bussiness bureau for sure!

Twice now I've used Bell Cow, once for a new AC unit for my old Town House, and this time for a simple (to the tech) wiring issue. Both times the prices were fantastic and the service has been top notch. You may not have heard of these guys before, but they're my first call.
